I rarely write reviews, but this hotel is really good, and it is worthy of being the first choice for friends going to Iran! The location is very convenient, the surrounding facilities are complete, and three Chinese meals are provided every day, which completely satisfies my Chinese stomach 😋. The room is comfortable and warm. The hotel staff are very warm and thoughtful, and they can always meet my needs in the first time. There is a large parking lot opposite the hotel. I am satisfied and highly recommended!

I keep coming back to this hotel because of the kindness from the team lead by mr sari, Sophia, Alan, Mariyam and Faisal. When they are there they make the environment feel home and takes extra measure for our safety as well as comfort. It was my first time to Iraq, and this hotel was considered quite good there. I told the taxi drivers that everyone knew that there was security check at the entrance, so it was relatively safe. The hotel staff were also very enthusiastic, and the sockets in the room were Chinese interfaces, so there was no need to bring a converter.

The hotel service was great, and they even offer currency exchange. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast wasn't as varied as at other hotels I've stayed in.

I was in Baghdad for a business trip. On the evening I checked in, my schedule unexpectedly changed, leaving me with a free day the next day. Knowing Baghdad has many famous attractions, but having done no prior research and not speaking the local language, I decided to try my luck and contacted the hotel manager to explain my needs. To my surprise, the hotel not only offered car rental services (with SUV and commercial van options) but, within a short while, also connected me with Ali, a local guide who spoke excellent English. Both the car rental and guide fees were very reasonable, quite unlike the exorbitant prices I'd seen through other channels. The next day, I directly explored Baghdad's Old City and the ruins of Babylon. The entire experience was incredibly smooth; the driver was exceptionally careful, and the guide provided a wealth of historical insights. By the time I got back to the hotel, it was already past 3 PM. When the hotel manager learned I hadn't had lunch yet, he thoughtfully arranged for the kitchen to freshly prepare a serving of handmade noodles with two small cold dishes. It was incredibly authentic and absolutely delicious. This hotel truly left me with a wonderful and unforgettable impression of Baghdad.
