We checked-in on 11th of March & checked-out on 13th of March. I booked a 2-single bed room but the hotel given us a king bed room at the upper floor. After talking to the front desk. I was told only king bed room was available. However, my wife didn't have a good night sleep as she was having light sleep, so easily waken-up due to noise & movement. The upper floor somehow was noisy due to the traffic outside the hotel. We have no choice but to feedback to the hotel manager on the 2nd day. The manager Ms Su was kind enough and upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite on the ground floor, with 2 single beds & a king bed. That made our 2nd night slept peacefully. Thanks Ms Su of her attentiveness.
The morning breakfast was a ala carte menu of Malaysian & western cuisine. Not a fantastic food but the service given by the professional F&B staffs made the experience so pleasant! Sincere thanks to F&B supervisor Santhosh & staff Myint of their attentive service.

Bad: private pool cleanliness of the pool can be considered worth based on my experience. unacceptable for human to use it. Too dirty and unefficient filteration system

GGuest Userâââââ Exceptional location and wonderfully clean! My family had a fantastic stay at 1001 nights hotel. The location is absolutely perfectâvery nice surroundings and easy to get around. Even visiting in June, the weather here was beautifully cool and refreshing, making it the perfect escape. Most importantly, the hotel is incredibly clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. Highly recommended!

YYahyihyuhWe arrived around 10pm and it was so dark that we missed the entrance and went straight until we saw the parking B sign and parked there. But unfortunately we need to drive back to the lobby to drop our luggages as walking with heavy luggages and small children from the parking lot is not a good idea đ
with that distance i think they shouldâve provided buggy service. And please invest a bit to install lights near the entrance
Everything else was amazing. Requested a complimentary cake for my birthday and they delivered it warmly. Friendly and attentive staff. The pool and breakfast were the highlight of our stay. My kids were so happy. Located not far from Kuantan city to get around so we got both beach and mall experience. Will come back đ«¶đ»

GGuest UserThis was my first time vacationing here, and overall Iâm extremely satisfied with the experience. The staff were very polite, warm, and sincere, providing attentive and thoughtful service throughout our stay. The unique beachfront scenery is even more stunning than in the photos.
The food was above average, and we ended up having all our mealsâbreakfast, lunch, and dinnerâat the hotel during our stay. We also tried the massage therapy, and I have to say the environment was absolutely amazingâlistening to the sound of the waves while enjoying professional massage techniques was a five-star experience.
We also went on a Jungle Trial. There are a few spots where clearer directional signage could be added.
As a small suggestion for the hotel, you might consider setting up a small shop selling souvenirs,postcards and snacks. Guests can truly relax and spend a leisurely time within the hotel without needing to go anywhere.
I would definitely come back again.

NNuhafizBeautiful and comfortable place đ with a view facing Genting Highland Skyworld. The facilities are great. Plenty of shops like 99Speedmart, 7-Eleven, and mamak stalls, so no need to worry about finding food. Plus, there are food trucks 6-8 minutes from the hotel đ«¶đ» Really loved it. I'll definitely be back! â€ïž

AAnonymous UserExcellent location where hotel provide buggy services from room to any location inside the resort. Staff were all friendly and helpful with our needs. Delivering of items when we requesting also very timely.
Reception counter also provide snorkelling, diving, and other water sports booking with reasonable charges. Renting of equipment also available if needed.
However, the sofa appeared to be a bit dusty below the cushion. Ants were seen inside the toilet sink. Otherwise the experience will be even more better.

AAnonymous UserService was exceptional. The concierge, front office, housekeeping and f&b personnel were absolutely great! They were attentive and had great mannerisms! The hotel was also located within lush greenery which is really calming and serene.
But I would have reservations for the interiors. It is a very very dated hotel as it felt like the interior is still stuck in the 1980-1990s. Only 1 of 2 hotels on Berjaya Hills - either Colmar Tropicale/ Chateau so there isnât many options if this is not to your liking.
The facilities were also not as well maintained as expected and the whole place just lacked vibes and atmosphere. The bathroom was also slippery and there was a lack of towels!
Felt that the place has so much wasted potential. Colmar Tropicale and Japanese Village felt so tired looking - a much needed rejuvenation would really boost the place.
