One of the best hotels that I stay at is Genting, The service was nice and easy to check in, I just have to go to the mailbox and take one access card. Before entering the security guard will guide us where to access and be so friendly. When I enter the lift. No need to press because it might not appear your number just scan and lift will automatically go to your floor.
If they can provide more plastic garbage for those staying 2 nights will be easy for us.
Other than that, nice view. Comfortable bed and provide cookware too so it's so convenient for those who want to cook.
I will definitely be coming back when I come to Genting Highland.
Good stay, comfortable bed, lovely room, beautiful view with balcony, tasty breakfast. The only thing i hope they improve is the iron & the ironboard. It’s very difficult to use & doesn’t really work well. But overall, everything else is perfect 🎀 1010 recommended! 💗
We recently stayed at Hyatt Regency Kuantan as a family and had a really comfortable experience. We booked a room with twin beds, and it was surprisingly spacious—enough to accommodate three adults and one baby without feeling cramped. The hotel also provided a baby cot, which made traveling with our little one much easier and more convenient.
One of the highlights of our stay was the included breakfast. There was a good variety of options, and everything was fresh and satisfying—perfect for starting the day before heading out.
The location is another big plus. It’s very convenient, with many well-known restaurants just a few minutes away. Even the famous cendol from Alliance Bank is nearby, which was a nice treat to enjoy without having to travel far.
My husband and I also took advantage of the surroundings by going for a morning jog from the hotel to a nearby golf club. The route was pleasant and added a refreshing touch to our stay.
Overall, it’s a great choice for families looking for comfort, convenience, and a relaxing environment.
My friend and I each got a king room. Overall, the service and the hotel's garden design were excellent. The price is quite a good value for a villa-style resort of this caliber. There are gardeners maintaining the flowers and plants every day, creating a beautiful 'step-by-step changing scenery' effect. The only minor downside is that some facilities are a bit old, but any issues we raised were immediately resolved. The front desk staff had a slight accent, but for anyone who understands English, communication was perfectly fine.
There's a private beach area upfront where you can relax and watch the sea, which was a really nice touch. There are also cute little cats in the courtyard that will interact and play with you.
The homestay was beautiful, and the moment we opened the balcony, we were greeted with a stunning sea view. We arrived in the afternoon, and the tide was low at that time. We saw some tourists walking along the beach, so we joined them for a stroll. On the next day, just before checking out, we noticed that the tide had come in, and we even saw fishing boats heading out to sea. We were very satisfied with our stay.
Stayed at 1001 Nights Hotel Genting Highlands, Trademark Collection by Wyndham and had a great experience. I arrived very late around 4am (due to avoid Raya Highway Traffic Jam), but the customer service was excellent and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which I really appreciated after a long journey.
The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable for a good rest. Even though my booking didn’t include breakfast, the overall stay was still very satisfying. The hotel has a nice atmosphere and is suitable for a short getaway in Genting Highlands.
Overall, a pleasant stay with good service. Would recommend for those looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
Hotel Manager Mark and front desk staff Izzat really made us felt really welcome and all the hotel staffs are so helpful and friendly. Top notch hospitality. The first hour after checked in, me and my husband have planned to visit here again. We love the serenity this place offers, although it’s just an hour drive from KL city. The room is comfortable and amenities are great. Thank u for the wonderful service, we will be back soon.
”Stunning Views and Warm Hospitality”
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Royale Chulan Cherating for a short staycation, and it was exactly the refreshment I needed.
The View: The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking ocean view. Waking up to the sight of the sound of the waves right from the suite was incredibly peaceful. Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation.
The Service: The staff truly made the difference. From check-in to check-out, the service was top-notch. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. It’s rare to find a team that balances professionalism with such genuine warmth.
The Vibe: The villas has a unique architectural charm that feels authentic and serene. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained.
We stayed two nights and the place was great for the money we paid. The check in process is simple and quick but need to contact them earlier to set the check in process. The room is big and comes with a nice mountain view. Will book this place again next time if the price is still maintain low.
Hotel was great and room was comfy! The staff at the concierge was warm and friendly. Ariff was his name. Free parking was an annoyance as it was in a separate block. You either end up taking lifts and moving several towers to get to the place, and signage was poor so you might get a little lost initially. Or just walk outside and skip the confusion and lift waiting. just pay for parking outside the unit to avoid all these hassle. The free onsen for those who stay there was good, albeit one of the pool was being maintained. Wished it was a bit more open air and authentic in design. Again, staff here is really friendly to explain and help.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel! The workers there provided me and my family good services, big thanks to receptionist-Chloe, and Hridoy for making it the best experience.
GGuest UserAs advertised, The Kasturi was amazing! From the supremely friendly and helpful staff to the room I booked - the bathroom, the view, the resto, the beach, everything was what I was looking for in a year end vacay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thank you for such great hospitality!

IIftekhar SalamThis was my second stay at the resort, and once again, I had a great experience. The location is excellent, with beautiful surroundings, and the staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay.
The resort has two restaurants, although the Thai restaurant was closed during our visit. The Jetty Paya restaurant is just outside the main gate and can be easily reached by buggy. The Sarang Seafood restaurant is about 2 km from the resort, and a return taxi fare is around RM50.
Snorkeling trips to Coral Island, Renggis Island, and the marine park, as well as taxi services for going to restaurants, can all be organized through the hotel. You can also visit the marine park by taxi (suitable if traveling with senior citizens), which costs around RM100–150. Activities within the resort includes a game zone for kids, gym, pool table (4RM per game), bicycling, and kayaking. We appreciated the complimentary 1-hour bicycle ride provided by the staff.
Breakfast was decent, but it would be even better with a wider variety of options. The room includes all the necessary amenities, but could be more modernized to better match the overall resort experience. The resort provided a complimentary minibar in two of the three rooms we booked, which was a nice added touch.
Overall, it was another enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider coming back again.
