The room was excellent: spacious, clean, bright, and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there were no issues with the room itself or the comfort of the stay.
However, the level of welcome was completely inconsistent with the hotel's standard and price.
First, they required a deposit upon check-in. This seems odd for a hotel of this category, especially since they simply refuse to let you in without one.
Second, check-in is only until 3:00 PM. For me, that's quite late—I travel a lot, and at hotels of this caliber, I often find more flexible or early check-in.
Overall, the room itself and the accommodations were very good, but the check-in process left a bad impression.
Upon check-in, the front desk said they'd upgraded my room, but I'm not sure how much of a difference it made. The good thing is the room was spacious and seemed grand at first glance. However, on closer inspection, it felt quite empty, and the facilities were outdated. Basic toiletries were provided. The bathroom was also large, but even the toilet seat wasn't a smart bidet type, and the floor tiles looked old and stained. When I ran out of bottled water in the evening, I called the front desk, but no one answered. Besides the guy checking room cards at the entrance (separate from the downstairs elevators), I didn't see any other staff members. I didn't feel like there was any service. It was my birthday on the day of check-in, and the hotel didn't acknowledge it or even offer a simple greeting. The 'Imperial Dim Sum' tea downstairs was expensive and not good. Additionally, when in Macau, you always want to *gamble*, right? My companion spent over an hour there and couldn't figure out how a beginner gets chips to play. It would be great if they could provide a guide for new guests or have an information desk. I chose The Venetian because it offers everything – dining, accommodation, entertainment, and shopping – even if the room rates are higher than others. However, overall, my experience at The Venetian this time was not good. I won't be staying at this expensive hotel again. I suggest they really learn from Japan's service consciousness and improve their service quality, focusing on how to make guests feel at home.
The YOHO Treasure Island Hotel Macau, which opened in 2023, is a brand-new luxury resort located in the heart of the Macau Peninsula, offering unparalleled scenic views. Its biggest draw is its proximity to Grand Lisboa and Wynn Macau, and its neighbor, the Macau Science Center. Most rooms boast picturesque views of Nam Van Lake and Penha Hill, providing guests with a panoramic vista that encompasses both Macau's historic center and its vibrant modern cityscape.
Design-wise, the hotel cleverly blends the adventurous spirit of Treasure Island with Macau's unique Sino-Portuguese cultural heritage. The interiors are exquisitely decorated, creating a luxurious and mysterious atmosphere. Guest rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with high-end amenities and smart control systems, ensuring a premium stay. The dining options are equally impressive, featuring a delightful mix of international cuisine and authentic local dishes.
However, as a newly opened hotel, some facilities may still be undergoing enhancements. Additionally, given its prime location in a bustling area, traffic around the hotel might be a bit congested during peak hours. Nevertheless, the YOHO Treasure Island Hotel Macau, with its exceptional location, state-of-the-art facilities, and refined service, is undoubtedly an ideal choice for travelers seeking a high-quality Macau experience, especially couples and business professionals.
This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! From the ambiance to the service, cleanliness, and facilities, everything was incredibly satisfying.
My check-in was a bit late, but the front desk offered luggage storage, so it wasn't an issue at all.
The soundproofing in the rooms was decent; I barely heard any noise. I appreciate the option for non-smoking rooms, which means no lingering smoke smell from previous guests. That's a huge plus.
The hygiene was impeccable. No dust on the floors or tables, and I could walk barefoot after a shower without getting my feet dirty. The wet/dry separation in the bathroom was well-done.
What truly impressed me was the ceiling-mounted shower! You don't have to worry about some strange person messing with the showerhead or making it unsanitary because there's no handheld showerhead to worry about. It's brilliant.
The room amenities were comprehensive. The minibar could chill drinks or food, and the shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were all individually packaged. Again, no worries about someone tampering with them. You don't even need to bring pajamas as bathrobes are provided. The room even came with an umbrella, which made me feel incredibly at ease and relaxed.
The sea view room offered a fantastic view, right across from Hengqin (Important tip: make sure your phone's mobile data, especially if you have roaming or a Macau data package, doesn't accidentally connect to Hengqin, or you might incur charges. If it does, contact your provider for a refund).
There's also an outdoor swimming pool on the 3rd floor, 1.2m deep, free for guests, open from 8 AM to 9 PM. The hotel also has a gym available for use.
The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle bus with several routes. For the Gongbei Port route, you can board at the Qingmao Port. If you can't find it, you can take the Galaxy * * shuttle bus, then walk 5 minutes to Pai Kok to catch the light rail, get off at Ocean Station, and walk about 5 minutes to reach the hotel. You can then wait at the hotel entrance for the hotel's shuttle bus to Venetian, Taipa Village, and Gongbei Port. It's incredibly convenient.
I've definitely saved this hotel. From now on, whenever I need an overnight stay in Macau, this will be my top choice. A definite must-try, go for it!
The hotel environment is fantastic! The sea is right behind it, offering a beautiful view and fresh air. The room is very comfortable, clean, and tidy. The staff are absolutely wonderful, super friendly, and patiently answered all our questions about local tourist attractions. It's right next to Fishermen's Wharf and a bus stop, and across the street from Sands [****** Name, if applicable, otherwise omit or generalize], where you can catch a free shuttle bus to downtown attractions and [destination, if specified, otherwise generalize to 'other places']!
Having stayed at The Parisian before, I'll start with the positives: there's a Nespresso machine, and the rooms in the Bond Tower are very new, featuring a tablet device to control the TV, lights, air conditioning, and curtains. You absolutely must visit the Londoner Food Court downstairs – it's one of the few places with genuinely good food in Macau.
Now for the negatives: there was a new renovation smell, but it's not so strong that it makes the room unbearable now. The view doesn't include the Eiffel Tower because this building is closest to The Parisian, so rooms on either side actually miss the view.
We have an amazing & wonderful stay at Studio City Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and every team member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. It really set the tone for the entire stay.
The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the attention to detail—from the fresh linens to the well-stocked bathroom—was impressive.
What stood out the most was the level of care and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, always ready with a smile and thoughtful recommendations.
Overall, this hotel delivers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and top-notch service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Very perfect stay here. The room is spacious and provide free drinks and completed amenities.
The staff is super courtesy.
Our room was cleaned twice a day even without request. They refill the coffee and water and other amenities , exchange new slipper for us everyday.
Surprisingly the staff help to tie up my messy cable.
They provide lavender pillow spray with comfy sleep at night.
No any fault i can find here.
I brought my child to Macau for a competition and only stayed one night. This room type has one large bed and a sofa bed, which was perfect for 2 adults and 1 child. The room was clean and quite spacious. It's very close to the Border Gate and Qingmao Port, just a 13-minute walk away. Across the road downstairs is the Lai Lai Supermarket, and on the second floor of the hotel, there's a Chinese restaurant with reasonable prices, making it very convenient. Both the front desk and room service staff spoke Mandarin and were very friendly.
Staying at The Parisian Macao was an immersive French romantic experience from start to finish! Check-in was efficient, and the front desk proactively asked about our preferences, arranging a high-floor room with a view of the Half-Scale Eiffel Tower. Opening the window revealed the iconic landmark, and watching the sunset from the 7th-floor observation deck in the evening, followed by the dazzling light show after dark, made for perfect photo opportunities. The room decor was exquisite, the bedding soft, and the Lanvin toiletries felt luxurious. Plus, there was plenty of hot water in the bathroom.
The hotel's location is superb. You can walk to The Venetian and Shoppes at Four Seasons via an indoor bridge in just a few minutes, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The complimentary shuttle bus to and from the Border Gate and airport saved us taxi fares and the hassle of queuing. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, with freshly shucked oysters, lobster, and Portuguese egg tarts that were absolutely delicious. Staff were constantly replenishing the food. The family-friendly facilities are excellent, with a comfortably heated swimming pool, making it ideal for families.

GGuest UserExcellent location, right next to the famous Galaxy. Easy access to entertainment and shopping, with the Asian Food Court nearby for meals. The Grand Emperor is a historic hotel, and its cleanliness and service are commendable. The prices are affordable, and transportation is convenient.

GGuest UserThis is my second trip to Macau, and I chose to stay at The Morpheus for all 7 days of my visa. I'm already a huge fan of The Morpheus; it's very modern, and the rooms are spacious, bright, and spotless. The complimentary fruits and drinks are of excellent quality, and even the mineral water bottles are thoughtfully designed. The front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff are all incredibly warm and attentive. I'll definitely be returning to The Morpheus when I visit Macau again in two months. I'd suggest the hotel offer small complimentary gifts with The Morpheus logo to guests as souvenirs, like a canvas tote bag – it would be great mobile advertising!

JJieyuThe room was nice; I booked a sea-view room.
My daughter and I used to come here when she was little. Back then, it was quite new, with a beautiful and very comfortable environment, and it was called The Westin Resort Macau.
Originally, The Westin Resort Macau opened in 1993 and was renovated in 2004. In 2013, it won the Silver Award in the 'Macau Green Hotel Award.' In 2020, it was rebranded as the Grand Coloane Resort.
Now, under new management, the attention to detail in the decor is not as good as before, and it hasn't been redecorated, so it feels a bit dated. However, its unique location, right by Hac Sa Beach, makes it perfect for a family vacation away from the hustle and bustle. The original hotel architecture and garden design still retain that holiday vibe.
I'll definitely come back, hoping for some improvements, especially with the details.
