This hotel is absolutely amazing, probably the best value for money in the world! I usually don't like taking photos, but I couldn't stop snapping pictures at Wu Palace – every shot was perfect. I can't stop thinking about it; it's a must-stay in Suzhou, truly fantastic!

This hotel is perfectly located, just a hundred meters from the south gate of the school, which was incredibly convenient for my exam. The room was quite spacious and impeccably clean. The overall environment was quiet and peaceful, not noisy at all, and all the in-room amenities were fully equipped. It's ideal for a temporary stay during an exam or a short business trip. Most importantly, the bed was super comfortable! I've saved this place and will definitely choose it again next time.

My stay at the Furong Garden, Building 8, at Yangzhou Xiyuan Hotel was fantastic overall. As hotels with ”Xiyuan” (meaning 'guesthouse' or 'reception hall') in their name often are, the environment truly lived up to its reputation. The garden landscape is beautiful; it felt like I was living right in a park, and morning and evening strolls were incredibly pleasant. Building 8 is relatively new, with elegant and sophisticated decor. The room was spacious and bright, the hygiene details were well taken care of, and the bedding was comfortable, leading to a very peaceful night's sleep. The service also deserves praise. After booking, the staff were all very warm and professional, and any requests were generally met promptly. The breakfast selection was rich, and the local Yangzhou specialties at Quyuan were very authentic and definitely worth trying. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to visit Slender West Lake. It offers both the tranquility of a garden hotel and the convenience of easy access. If you're visiting Yangzhou for travel or a family vacation, Building 8 comes highly recommended. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Yangzhou.

The room is located on Pingjiang Road, offering a view of white walls and black tiled roofs right from the window. The butler service was excellent and thoughtful, especially with parking and check-in. Following the butler's advice, I pre-booked tickets for a Pingtan performance, which was truly captivating.

This hotel is nestled in an alley in Laomendong, right opposite the popular Pioneer Bookstore, which is a great location. The only downside is that it's 1.5 km from the metro station, but we took taxis everywhere, so it wasn't a big deal for us. We originally booked a tatami room, but only found out upon arrival that it was on the B2 level. It had a musty smell, was damp, and poorly ventilated, making it quite uncomfortable. We paid an extra 1000 RMB to switch to a room on the second floor, which was much better. If you're booking, definitely avoid the basement rooms. The hotel has three adorable cats! Aside from the little hiccup with the room upgrade, everything else was pretty good, even though the price doubled during the holiday.

The hotel is located right by the Qinhuai River, on a very quiet street, so it's not noisy at all. It's less than a 10-minute walk to Laomendong, and just 5 minutes in the other direction to the Grand Bao'en Temple. You can even see the temple from the terrace, and it lights up beautifully at night! There's no elevator, but the front desk staff are happy to help with luggage, so no worries there. The toilet is smart, and the shower space is just right. Overall, it offers great value for money.

The location is fantastic, with a bustling view of Xinjiekou right outside the window. What impressed me most was the service – friendly, polite, and incredibly responsive. The dining options exceeded expectations; the breakfast was diverse with Nanjng specialties, and the formal meals were exquisitely prepared. The room was well-maintained, clean, and the bedding was comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and responsive. We had dinner at the hotel, and the food quality was surprisingly good. I especially want to commend the Jia Restaurant on the 56th floor of the Asia Pacific Tower. On our first night, we tried their mini hotpot, and the two single sets were more than enough for two people. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic, promptly helping with drinks, clearing plates, and cooking items. We also loved the buffet selection! We had such a happy meal! The next morning, we debated between the ground floor breakfast buffet and the 56th-floor one, but decided to go back to the 56th floor – and we were so glad we did! It was another wonderful experience, feeling right at home. There were many dishes available in the morning. For instance, a waitress kindly cut the Jinling large meat bun for us so we could each have half, which we really appreciated. A big thank you to CY and MYF from Jia Restaurant for their attentive service. The view was also excellent; we could see the beautiful city from our seats. All in all, I highly recommend trying it! I truly appreciate such thoughtful service! We booked afternoon tea at the Executive Lounge, which featured a beautiful birdcage design. The happy hour's light dinner, part of the executive benefits, was also delicious! I had previously celebrated a birthday at Meiyuan, so this time, I decided to try the Pacific Western Restaurant before checking out, which also offered a beautiful setting and attentive service. I feel like I'll be back very soon just for the delicious food.

I was exhausted from my travels, but Xiao Yu's service truly warmed my heart. She was enthusiastic, attentive, gentle, and kind. She handled the check-in process efficiently and meticulously, and even shared some thoughtful local travel tips. She was incredibly patient throughout and her genuine smile was so uplifting. There was no forced politeness, just genuine dedication. Her excellent service added so much to my entire trip. My sincere thanks to her, and I wish her all the best in her work.

The hotel environment is excellent with complete facilities. The in-room smart voice control is very convenient, and everything is clean and hygienic. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, always assisting promptly when needed. I highly recommend this place and will definitely choose to stay here again!

The room has a separate wet and dry area, it's clean, and the new hotel environment is quite good. The staff at the front desk, both the ladies and gentlemen, are very enthusiastic, quick to solve problems, and helped with our luggage. We'll definitely choose this hotel when we come to Nanjing again. We wished we could have stayed longer!
