We really enjoyed our stay at Wanhe River View Inn! Even before checking in, we received plenty of information via WeChat on how to get there and about places to see and where to eat nearby. Location is super convenient, only a five minute walk to Shantang Street and a 10 minute bike ride towards Humble Administrator’s Garden/ Pingjiang Road. The room was so beautiful and clean and we absolutely loved the sitting area at the window! We didn’t book the room for the TV experience but loved the feature so much after all! Special Thanks to the nice guy at the reception who was so helpful every time we encountered him! From the warm welcome to bringing our luggage to the car when we left, customer service was outstanding!

The environment of the inn we stayed at was very nice. It was close to the river. You could sit on the tatami and drink tea while enjoying the scenery. Fruits were given as gifts when you checked in. The bathroom was very clean. The merchant prepared disposable bath towels, towels and toilet mats. This service was particularly good. The clean experience is good and worth learning from other hotels. The hotel is very close to Shantang Street and can be walked. There is Suzhou's most popular noodle restaurant nearby. The environment is great. Overall, I had a great time during my weekend trip to Suzhou.
