"The hotel has been around for quite a few years, but the lobby still looks grand and impressive upon entering. The room amenities and facilities are surprisingly new and in great condition. I particularly appreciated the service from the front desk staff, who were incredibly warm, attentive, and always greeted me cheerfully whenever I came and went. The bellhop also helped with my luggage, carrying it all the way to my room. What truly stood out was the room key card – it was surprisingly made of wood! I inquired at the front desk and learned it's for environmental protection. The quality and feel of it were excellent. Room service was also remarkably quick; anything I needed was delivered to my room almost instantly. The breakfast restaurant, located on the ground floor off the lobby, offered a rich variety of options. It's definitely one of the better hotel breakfasts I've had in Wenzhou. There's also a Chinese restaurant on the second floor, which I unfortunately didn't get a chance to try due to time constraints. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my stay!"
