Echarm Properties in Xi'an

Front desk staff Xiao Zhao had a wonderfully welcoming smile and proactively greeted me with a 'Hello, welcome to E-Shang!' The service was thoughtful and up to standard. The breakfast featured a delicious, authentic Shaanxi-style noodle dish that was surprisingly good. After several nights exploring Datang Everbright City, my clothes got dirty easily, but the laundry service brought them back, which was such a relief. The lobby had comfortable, spacious, and soft sofas, and relaxing recliners. It also happened to be a member's day with a lucky draw. Overall, a perfect experience!

Exceeded expectations! The ECHARM Hotel Xi'an Bell Tower & Muslim Street is in an excellent location, not far from the Bell Tower and Muslim Street, making it convenient for getting around and dining. The room was quite spacious, with a dedicated children's tent, rocking horse, and building block table. My child didn't want to leave the room and had a blast playing. The bathroom was cleverly divided into three separate areas, so our family didn't have to rush getting ready in the morning. Plus, there's smart voice control, so you can turn on the lights or open the curtains just by speaking. Overall cleanliness was also on point. Families with kids visiting Xi'an should definitely consider this place. And there's free parking, which is a big bonus!

My stay at this hotel was an unforgettable experience of warmth and professionalism. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, not only greeting every guest with a smile but also ensuring everyone felt right at home with their thoughtful and meticulous service. Whether it was handling check-ins or simply coming and going, they were always patient and enthusiastic, as if fulfilling each guest's needs was their top priority. The hotel's facilities and environment were also a major highlight. From the exquisite decor in the lobby to the comfortable layout of the guest rooms, every detail showcased the hotel's commitment to quality. In the rooms, the spaciousness, soft bedding, high-definition TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi all elevated the guest experience to a new level. This hotel not only earned praise for its service attitude but also excelled in its facilities, providing every guest with a comfortable, convenient, and pleasant lodging environment. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, it is an ideal choice for accommodation.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Grand Tang Mall, and transportation is convenient. The facilities are high-end, and the cleanliness is up to par. The front desk staff are friendly, room cleaning is prompt, and breakfast is also good.

Everything about the hotel was great. The staff were kind, the room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the overall vibe was cozy and welcoming. Honestly, no complaints at all—a truly enjoyable stay from start to finish.

The overall experience of the hotel is very good, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is very fast, the location is convenient, the price is very high, I will choose to stay next time, recommended!

The rooms are very clean, the environment is beautiful, and the front desk service is excellent. The facilities are quite comprehensive, and they even have robots that can deliver meals. I've stayed here several times now, and each time the experience has been fantastic. Any issues are resolved quickly, and I'm always very satisfied with my stay. Plus, their breakfast features a special *saozi mian* (minced meat noodles) that's incredibly delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

The room is clean and tidy, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The main reason is that the hotel is located on Changqing Road, Metro Line 4. The transportation is very convenient. There is no breakfast when booking online. The hotel staff also gave me a free breakfast coupon. I will choose here next time. I hope the hotel will remain as good as ever!
