They took the initiative to greet and patiently listened to my needs. Whether asking for food recommendations around the hotel or understanding the routes of some tourist attractions, they could give detailed and practical answers. When I called in the morning to ask where to eat, they would tell me and explain the time to time. It felt very intimate, and they were all smiling. They treated guests very warmly and thoughtfully, making people feel at home as soon as they stepped into the hotel. The hotel's facilities and equipment are complete and relatively advanced. The bed in the room is soft and comfortable, all kinds of electrical appliances are available, the air conditioning and heating effect are good, and the network is very stable. The bathroom is clean and tidy, the shower equipment has a moderate water output, the water temperature is easy to adjust, and it is very comfortable to use. Speaking of the hotel environment, the night view outside the hotel is very beautiful. The front desk lady also upgraded my room type to the Hejing King Room. I can work while enjoying the scenery at night. This river view is really beautiful. I must stay here next time I come to Xi'an. In the afternoon, I went out and the scenery of the hotel park is also very good. There are many green plants, the environment is very good, and it is very clean. In the afternoon, there will be people fishing by the river, which feels very comfortable. The public area is elegantly decorated, and the decoration style is simple but stylish. The corridor is clean and odorless, and the green plants are arranged in a staggered manner, adding a bit of vitality. The restaurant environment is even more pleasant, with neatly arranged tables and chairs, and soft lighting to create a comfortable dining atmosphere.
