Hotel is centrally located and walking distance to the Drum and Bell Towers, train station, restaurants and shopping areas. However, it is not located at the main street and may need some time to locate it as it is not visible. Huimin street is just behind the hotel. The room is spacious and clean with good amenities provided eg shampoo, soap, hairdryer etc. The lady at the tourist counter is extremely friendly and helpful. We booked our transport to airport and the Terracotta day tour with her.

Staying at a hotel is always a bit of a gamble, like opening a blind box, but this time, the hotel my family pre-selected was a real winner. The room was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors, and the window let in plenty of natural light. Every staff member we encountered, from the male and female receptionists to the housekeeping staff, the laundry room attendant (Ms. Zhang), and the breakfast room staff, was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any request. This consistent, all-around excellent service is truly rare and very much appreciated! One small detail really stood out: when I was previewing the room and decided to book it, I tested the water temperature at the tap. After I turned it off, the male receptionist immediately wiped away the few drops of water on the counter. My only regret is not being able to book a visit to the Shaanxi History Museum, but I'll definitely be back!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in near the train station. First of all, the service is good. The front desk lady and the boy are good-looking and the service is also very good. Secondly, the room is clean, the facilities are good, and the shower water volume is very comfortable. The space is also very good, the sound insulation effect is good at night, the environment is quiet, and you can have a good rest. Finally, the transportation is too convenient, and the nearby shops are also delicious. Highly recommended!

When choosing a room, they also took children into consideration and arranged a quieter one. A robot was also arranged to deliver water and slippers to the door. The breakfast was clean and hygienic, and the children liked it very much. Parking in the underground parking lot is also very convenient. It was a very pleasant stay experience.
