🥳 Overall, I highly recommend staying here – it's great value for money. 🥳 Soundproofing: The soundproofing is excellent; it's very quiet. I checked in late at night and left in the morning, and I didn't hear any noise from the hallway during that time. 🥳 Service: The staff are good-looking, and the airport shuttle service is relatively well-organized (compared to other branches). Calling the front desk gets you assistance, and for departures, they even help guide guests to the car. This isn't some amateur operation. They help with luggage, hold elevator doors – you can really feel the warmth in these details. 🥳 Breakfast: The variety isn't huge, but it's enough to fill you up. The douhua (tofu pudding) gets a thumbs up; even if the taste is just okay, I appreciate that it's offered. The saorou noodles were very springy, and the Eight Treasure Porridge was delicious! 🥳 Location: With the airport shuttle service, getting to and from the airport is quite convenient. Finally, a few suggestions: The waiting time for airport pickup is 20 minutes; it would be better to have guests contact them in advance to arrange a car. Also, the car picks up and drops off guests at multiple terminals, not just one destination, which contradicts the information given by the front desk. And please, clean the artificial flowers in the restaurant – there's some... fuzz on them. 😹

The room was fantastic, and I was able to use my Trip.com points to cover most of the room fee. The breakfast buffet was really extensive, and the staff, especially the lovely ladies and handsome gentlemen at the front desk, provided excellent service. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and come back myself next time. Plus, they gave out small gifts and afternoon tea every day!

The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient, with thoughtful and attentive service. Our room was spotless and well-arranged, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was also good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were complete, with a stable hot water supply, and the toiletries were of good quality. The public areas were tidy and grand, and the attention to cleanliness was impressive, especially the small details. A special shout-out to the handwritten card in the family room for guests with children – it was a really heartwarming touch. The housekeeping staff even noticed we drank a lot of water and proactively left two extra bottles in our room with another handwritten note. These small details show how genuinely dedicated the staff are to their guests. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is perfect for both leisure travel and business stays. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

The service of this hotel is perfect. The room is spacious and clean. Personal is very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect if you want to travel from or to Xianbei Railway station. The hotel offers drop-off and pick up service to or from the station. It is very convenient. We certainly recommend this hotel!

Our stay was incredibly satisfying. The breakfast was plentiful, and the front desk staff were very welcoming, even offering us complimentary mung bean soup. We also loved that the food delivery robots brought our orders right to our room. The housekeeper who cleaned our room during our extended stay was incredibly meticulous. Plus, the 3511 Pedestrian Street nearby is packed with amazing food options at night – it was pure bliss!

Xi'an will remain in our hearts, and one of the reasons is the quality of our stay. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is very well organized and friendly. Great location with convenient transportation. Several famous attractions are within a 2-kilometer radius, and some well-known local eateries are also nearby. There's also plenty of parking in the underground garage. The front desk staff was very efficient; the food recommendations were all delicious, and they kindly arranged afternoon tea for us, though coffee was an extra charge. The breakfast spread was excellent, featuring some authentic Xi'an dishes. One side of the room faces a school, so you'll hear morning exercises if you're hoping to sleep in. Overall, I'd give it a 98 – wouldn't want them getting too complacent!

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. I have been living in China for years now and if a hotel is under 50 euros per night, it is a cat in a sack. However, this hotel had everything: pleasant staff (that unfortunately does not speak English, but it is easy to get what you need using translating apps), a pretty big room where you can actually open the window (not common in China, unless in Sanya), comfortable bed, a clean room with a clean sofa and some other useful furniture, a Japanese toilet (kudos to Randy Marsh), a nice large shower cabin, a small fridge with complementary water and sodas (refilled), all the bottled water you can drink, ice-cold beers in very affordable prices in the lobby... I chose it for its location, close to my work and what I was supposed to be doing, and location is amazing even if you don't have work around: an amazing mall, shops that are open all night everywhere around, a subway station, some other places of interest as well (I mean, it is Qujiang, one of the best districts in entire country, so of course). I haven't tried the breakfast, although it was included (I don't like Chinese-style breakfasts, I didn't trust the description saying ”western” because it is too cheap to have western han, cheese, non-sweet yogurt, and sour-dough bread). The room is clean and soundproofed. It is very quiet at night. The facilities are all new. The front desk lady also gave us a free upgrade to the room type. Very good experience. I will choose to stay next time.
