Excellent hotel. Service was perfect. Especially good for people who travel with pets.

We had a great stay! The hotel staffs were very friendly, and very helpful. We ordered a lot from Amazon and they already sent to my room before I arrived. Great service. Just location is not the best for winter, as you need to walk to the station. If summer it would have been fine.

A great location near Shinjuku, with a welcoming and playful atmosphere, especially seeing all the pets guests brought with them. I also really liked their social hour with complementary snacks and drinks in the evening as a further way to relax and enjoy the city.

It was a great experience to spend lovely time with family. A little bit far from the station, but still quite nice! Will stay here again next time when visiting Tokyo. It’s in Shinjuku and a lot of stores nearby. No need to worry about the food or shopping stuff🥹

Staffs are super nice, breakfast has too little selection. The room is clean and comfy, but a bit far from subway. I stayed in Kimpton Bangkok and was so impressed, but Tokyo one was just soso.

Quite new hotel with friendly abs attentive services. A bit long walking distance to station. Breakfast with good quality but not much choices.

A trendy brand under InterContinental. The hotel is located in Nishi-Shinjuku, about 15 minutes' walk from the core area of ​​Shinjuku. The transportation is quite convenient, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores around. The hotel decoration is very fashionable, but the room area is much smaller than the Kimpton in Bangkok and Shanghai where I stayed before. The happy hour from 5pm to 6pm every day provides a variety of drinks and three snacks for free. There is also a DJ in the rooftop bar at night. However, the shortcoming is that there is no swimming pool. The service is very warm and thoughtful, and InterContinental members can also delay check-out depending on the situation.
