KK Sapa Hotel

The hotel staff we’re very accommodating and helpful.. the food was superb.. a must visit hotel . When you visit sapa.. near the sapa town center.

This hotel had an amazing view. Staff were amazing and super helpful too.

Overall, I love the hotel!!! The room, service , breakfast and location are fine. The view from room is amazing and room is very spacious too. Front Desk and bellboys are very helpful. However, the restaurant from level 1, service is very slow. Waited 30 mins for drinks and over an hour for dishes. One of the order came wrongly also. But not a big deal just need to improve a bit. The bathroom amenities didn’t prepare properly upon check in because the bath gel bottle was empty.

Booked a family room and wasn’t able to get an early check in in person. That is fine. But On the day of check out, housekeeping checked the room and found out one teaspoon was missing and told us to check the entire room for them. Never did i encounter such ridiculousness in my entire travelling experience. In the end we told them it must have been cleared with room service the night before. This really says a lot about the service of this hotel. Language barrier also did not help. When i asked for towels, the housekeeping did not even know what towels were and transferred me to the reception, to which the line was cut off soon after. Breakfast is good and surprisingly have some similar local desserts to Singapore’s. Lots of korean guests in this hotel.

If you are visiting Sapa and want to experience an exceptional hotel with helpful employees and a beautiful mountain view, you should stay at least one night at this hotel. I had a pleasant time here, and everything was excellent. The staff assisted me in booking a sleeper bus at a reasonable price, which included hotel transfers, and they even changed my room to a deluxe room from a regular no-view one.
