This is my third stay here, and it's definitely my top choice for accommodation in Fukuoka. The location is perfect, the service is impeccable, and everything is just so well-thought-out. The room is spacious and the location is good. Walk for around 7 minutes to tenjin station. There is drug store and convenient store nearby. Shopping malls are just all around. You can do the shopping for the whole day staying here and drop back some stuff back to hotel in between! The services are great! Staff are polite and helpful.

Best service. The staff was very nice and thoughtful. We asked for room to changes clothes after a morning red-eye flight and we got we asked as a big room with mirror.

The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Tenjin shopping area. The room was quite spacious and clean. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a great selection of both Japanese and Western options. I personally thought the curry rice was the best, especially with the fukujinzuke (pickled daikon radish) – I couldn't stop eating it! It was also very close to the yellowtail hotpot restaurant we booked.

The aircon of 1 room was not working on first day and the staff who came to check comment the fan was faulty. So he open the window where cool air flow in nicely. My room is facing the road and it was noisy with ambulance and other vehicles cruising in mid night. Decided to change the room on 2nd day then another staff came to tune the temperature control again.. this rd, can feel the wind from ventilator. After then the aircon worked well. Location is terrific. Will stay again if come back.

Although it's an older hotel, it's well-maintained. Its biggest advantage is the prime location, right in the heart of the Tenjin shopping district, making it super convenient for shopping and finding food. The price can be a bit steep during peak season, so the value for money isn't the best.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Tenjin Station and the commercial district. With two convenience stores nearby, shopping and getting around are incredibly convenient. While the hotel is a bit older, the rooms are surprisingly spacious, allowing ample room to open luggage, and felt quite comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a definite highlight – plentiful and delicious. We stayed for three consecutive nights, but room cleaning was only performed every other day. The front desk and service staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, even assisting us with our luggage to the room during check-in. The only minor downside was ongoing construction directly across the street, which resulted in some noticeable vibration noises audible from the room.

The hotel is quite old but big and it is very near to station. There are many shopping malls and restaurants nearby the hotel.

Overall, everything was very good. However, the soundproofing in the room was quite poor, and I could clearly hear guests from nearby rooms.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating in changing the smoking rooms to non-smoking ones. They were considerate in helping us manage and prevent the need to change rooms, despite being fully booked.

The room is really dated. No enough air convention in the room and stuffy. The air-conditioning is in weak mode. I stayed for twice during my trip. The first 2 nights at rooms on 8/F, the WIFI is strong, the water pressure is strong. The lighting is too dim and the lamp at door entrance is out of order and not able to fix before I check out. The carpets and air conditioning make the room hot and stuffy. I asked staff to open the window for us to get fresh air but a bit noisy. Not good for light sleeper. The second stays were allocated to 13/F floor, room is brighter and looks new. Alternatively, the WIFI is not stable and water pressure is not so strong. Not sure if it is about the high floor reason. The staffs are professional and polite and helpful most of the time. Location and price are the key reason for staying. It would be good they could renovate the hotel and upgrade its facilities in future.
