Great stay at Pullman Singapore Orchard! The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and the location is perfect — right in the heart of Orchard with easy access to shopping and food. Service was excellent throughout our stay; staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The amenities were also impressive, and everything felt modern and comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience and very family-friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

My first time in Singapore, and after reading mixed reviews online, I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. First off, the location is unbeatable. You can walk to all the major attractions like the Merlion and Clarke Quay, which is super convenient. Secondly, the front desk staff was excellent. The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly nice, though all communication was in English. A heads-up for future guests: bring cash for the deposit, as they require 50 SGD per day. This gets refunded upon check-out and is much easier than using a credit card, which they said could take over a month to process. Thirdly, the room itself was good; it had everything we needed. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Singapore.
