Anonymous UserThis was my first stay here, and I was incredibly comfortable from beginning to end.
First off, the location is super convenient, making it easy to get to tourist spots and shopping areas, and equally easy to return to the hotel. It was great to be able to take a short stroll in Merlion Park and come right back.
The beautiful, historic building itself made my stay feel special. I even saw The Fullerton Hotel from a river cruise on the canal, and its imposing presence was truly impressive.
Booking a Marina Bay view room was absolutely the right choice. I could watch the nightly shows from my room, and the mornings were incredibly pleasant. I highly recommend it.
The breakfast buffet also offered a wide variety of delicious options. The Laksa, in particular, was truly amazing, with plenty of shrimp and shellfish. I had it every day during my stay.
And above all, the service from all the hotel staff was superb. My stay was actually to celebrate a family occasion, and their polite and warm hospitality truly made me feel, ”This is what The Fullerton Hotel is all about.”
I also fell in love with the hotel's adorable stuffed animal and bought one as a souvenir. I'll treasure it as a memory of my trip.
The location, food, service, and atmosphere were all wonderful, making my Singapore trip even more memorable.
I definitely want to stay at The Fullerton Hotel again when I visit Singapore. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Overall, my stay was great. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and tidy with complete amenities, and the soft bedding made for a very comfortable sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water supply was stable. The staff were enthusiastic, polite, and responsive. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and tasted decent. The environment was quiet, ensuring a good night's rest. It offers good value for money, and I would definitely prioritize this hotel for my next visit.

The Clan Hotel truly deserves a dedicated review, even from someone like me who rarely writes them. The hygiene is excellent, and our corner room had two massive windows. The metro station is right downstairs, and they provide complimentary snacks and drinks. While there's no bottled water, they offer a direct drinking water tap, tea cakes, and coffee. The front desk staff was incredibly nice; we checked in close to midnight and I left my phone at the front desk in a daze, but the lady kindly brought it up to our room. There's a small infinity pool on the 30th floor which is quite serene. I highly recommend this hotel for couples or families with older children exploring the city.

Overall, the stay was excellent. The hotel is completely non-smoking, and the bedding and room had no odors whatsoever, which was a huge plus.
The room was meticulously cleaned. The housekeeper on our floor was Chinese, which made communication very easy. The soundproofing in the room was good, and it was very quiet at night. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. The TV had Chinese channels, which was a nice touch for Chinese guests. The service was very thoughtful; noticing we drank a lot of water, they proactively replenished extra bottled water for us in the following days. They also noticed we wore glasses and brought us lens cleaning cloths.
A large proportion of the staff spoke Chinese, so there were no communication barriers. The breakfast selection wasn't overly extensive but was decent, and most requests were accommodated. I needed to monitor my blood sugar, and after informing the server, they prepared a sugar-free overnight oats option for me the very next day.
My only minor complaints are that the hairdryer in the room was a bit heavy and the airflow wasn't very strong; I hope they can replace it with a lighter, more powerful model. The complimentary body lotion was a bit hard to spread and absorbed slowly. Overall, the excellent service added a lot to our experience, and we had a very comfortable stay.

MissWLI stayed here again after six years and still found it to be okay. It was the same room type, and they told us they upgraded us again, just like last time.
Hygiene: Good.
Environment: Many attractions are within walking distance, and the surrounding area is very convenient.
Service: Good.
Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was refined, and the restaurant staff were very friendly. I initially hesitated to book a second night after seeing some negative reviews, and ended up paying an extra 400 RMB! 😂😂😂😂 Honestly, besides the price, I think everything else about this hotel is flawless. It's a century-old building with a rich history. Downstairs, there are also restaurants, bars, and a theatre. It feels very upscale. The value for money is pretty good! 👍

For my trip to Singapore, I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Atiq, an outstanding staff member at the Fairmont Hotel.
A small incident occurred during our trip, which truly highlighted the hotel's professional and heartwarming service. We stayed at the Fairmont Hotel for our first stop, and then headed to Sentosa for the next part of our itinerary. After checking in at Sentosa and just as we were about to head to Resorts World, my child suddenly realized that their blue backpack, containing nearly completed summer homework, had been left on a sofa in the Fairmont Hotel lobby. The thought of losing all that hard-earned homework instantly panicked my child, and as parents, we were at a loss and quite flustered.
In this critical moment, with assistance from the Sentosa side, Atiq from the Fairmont's concierge team responded swiftly. He carefully verified and confirmed that both the backpack and the summer homework were intact. He efficiently coordinated the inter-hotel transfer, immediately arranging a taxi to deliver the lost bag to our Sentosa hotel as quickly as possible.
From locating the lost backpack, verifying information, coordinating communication, to the actual delivery of the item, the entire cross-location handling process took only thirty minutes. Atiq's exceptional efficiency and calm, professional crisis management left us both surprised and deeply touched.
Heartfelt thanks to Atiq for his dedicated efforts! The responsibility and commitment of the Fairmont Hotel staff made this overseas trip exceptionally warm and perfect. A definite 👍, highly recommended!

Guest User👍 The facilities and services at the W Hotel are consistently excellent, and the front desk service is very attentive.
☹️ This isn't really the hotel's fault, but there's no clear return point for shared bikes outside the hotel entrance, so I couldn't return it. The front desk didn't know how to resolve it either, and I ended up paying over 60 yuan for it.
👍 The pool environment and service are both great. The shuttle bus is very convenient.
💵 I understand being charged an extra bed fee after check-in. The main issue was a miscommunication between Trip.com and the hotel, but Trip.com was very proactive in resolving it, so kudos to Trip.com.

AnjalibbyHad an extraordinary stay at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore recently for my husband’s birthday celebration ❤️
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service were truly exceptional. The team was warm, attentive and made every effort to ensure our stay felt special and memorable. We especially appreciated the thoughtful handling of our room requests, and the beautiful Marina Bay Sands view from our high-floor room was absolutely stunning 🌃
The room itself was luxurious, spacious and perfect for a relaxing family stay with our baby. Every detail — from the ambience to the comfort — exceeded our expectations.
A heartfelt thank you to the team for helping make this birthday celebration such a wonderful and unforgettable experience. We truly enjoyed every moment and look forward to returning again in the future ❤️

AiyaorendetuziThe hotel's surroundings are really quiet. You can easily access Siloso Beach directly from the pool, which is super convenient. Plus, they offer free paddleboards and small boats. During our three-day stay, we spent our days exploring and then came back to enjoy the pool in the evenings. Even after visiting Adventure Cove Waterpark, we still had a long, fun time at the pool. There are lots of communal balls to play with in the pool, and even a slide for kids.
I found a free MRT code on Xiaohongshu to get to the island from Vivocity. The MRT code happened to be for Shangri-La, which was really convenient. Our family of three just scanned one code to pass through. We took the MRT to Beach Station, then went down to the first floor and took Bus A for three stops, getting off at Siloso Point Station. This bus stops at every station and runs in a loop, though sometimes it might wait a bit longer at Beach Station for passengers.
To get to Resorts World Station from the hotel, you also take Bus A. There's a shuttle bus to Vivocity, but we never took it because the timing never worked out for us. Honestly, the bus and MRT are pretty convenient anyway.
Since the hotel is built on a hill, the front desk is on the fifth floor, and taxis drop you off directly there. We checked in on a Sunday and even got free ice cream, which tasted good. Check-in didn't take as long as some online reviews mentioned, and most of the staff spoke Chinese. My overall experience was quite good.
Breakfast is on the third floor, and it's just so-so. My favorite was the Laksa noodles; the broth was rich, and you could pick whatever toppings you wanted for the noodles or vermicelli. My dad liked the Thai milk tea, and of course, my child gravitated towards all the sweet stuff. However, the tables they assigned us for all three days were quite small, which I found inconvenient. The main issue was that they weren't very proactive in clearing plates, which made it feel a bit cramped.
Overall, I'd still highly recommend this hotel and would consider staying again if I have the chance.
