Location is good and room size is decent for Singapore. However, room maintenance is aged and is in need of repainting. Sound proof is mediocre.

Had one of the best experience staying here. We booked the Urban Suite room to celebrate my daughter’s 2nd birthday with our family members. Upon checking in, they gave my daughter a little box of chocolate which is so thoughtful. I went to ask for another one cause my daughter finished them up so quickly lol. And the receptionist took a bigger box this time and said to share with the whole family. How sweet. We had to wait a little longer for the room to be ready but it wasn’t really a big deal cause we could still wait in the room while they clean up the living room. The room we booked comes with breakfast but initially it’s at a restaurant which is not halal certified. Luckily there’s another restaurant that’s available for breakfast and it’s halal certified. So we were told to go there instead. There’s a playroom available near the lobby which is great to get the kids to play together. And we got a late check out at 3pm.

I don't know about others, but my experience is beyond expected, the room is small yes I am aware of it, that is the standard of Singapore hotel , small and expensive coz of the limited land, however is lobby area is quite a nice place to chill, bed sheet , toilet, floor everything is clean for me, location is logistics in town area. In conclusion, if u are someone hard to pleased, plz don't consider this hotel.
P.S, thanks to the staff that served us on check in day, by upgrading our room since he sees I have a big luggage , God bless you.

Location is good, very close to mrt and also the mall, with lots of food to choose, and convenience store and mcdonalds.
The view is good too, overlooking the whole of marina bay in the bay view rooms.
But the room is quite old style although it is refurbished a few years ago. The crucial problem is the drainage system of the bath tub and sink is quite bad, causing the water to flow away very slowly. I guess it is because the hotel is built in the 80s. Another thing is the shower and the bath tub is built in together, which is quite rare to see in hotels, esp. 5 stars ones. And there is no door in the shower/bath tub, when you showered, the water will inevitably spilt onto the floor causing it to be very slippery and dangerous. And it took many hours for the floor to dry up.
Service is so so. You have to do your own check-in using the computer counter, which is ok and common due to cut down of staff. But usually guests could not finish the check in themselves and have queries, but there is only 1 to 2 staff during peak hours, causing a long queue and it took even longer than normal check in with staff.
On top of that, I randomly found out that there was a ”Clean for green” promotion, you got a $20 credit for dining/spa etc if you do not need your room to be cleaned. This is a good promotion but there is no staff to inform the guest or no notice in the room. If I were not waiting for my friend in the lobby and randomly looking at the screen, I would have missed it. In fact I would normally not require cleaning of the room during stay of consecutive nights, but due to lack of staff informing me, I ended up missing the 1st night.

I had one night in Singapore and finally decided to overnight in a capsule hotel, something I was thinking to do for a long time ago. I actually don't regret, the capsules were very comfortable and clean. The hotel was situated in a perfect location near plenty of bares and restaurants, you definitely will not get bored in this part of Singapore. If in comfort I didn't gave the maximum points it's because I'm 56 years old so to be able to stand up by the bed it was something I missed :-) Apart of that I do recommend this place. Note:If you have a lot of luggage it can be a problem to store it overnight. Also I booked a double capsule, if you have sensitive hears and you get a bellow capsule you might hear some grunts when the upstairs neighbors move, so always ask for a capsule above to avoid these noises. I was located in the 4th floor without elevator, it's ok but please turn on the air con on the stairs with the temperature outside rounding 30 degrees it gets really hot and humid on those stairs.

First time stayed here and glad to have booked here after my friend recommendation. The room was as described in the website so we had not so much expectations of it, the room is clean and neat. Appreciate the little gestures of the hotel staffs to make our stay more memorable with the birthday decorations and NuVe Little Voyager setup for my kid too. The hotel is very accessible to many tourist spots, shopping malls either by foot, MRT or public bus transport. We had an awesome stay here with all the friendly staff! Thank you for every services rendered during our stay!

We recently stayed at Pullman Hill St. for 2 nights after a little odyssey at Munich Airport because of the weather and didn't regret it. The hotel is modern and comfortable, extremely centrally located in the “old part” of Singapore. The roof terrace with the view of the Marina Bay and pool is just wow, the bed was super comfortable, I particularly liked the firmness of the pillows. The design is modern and takes up the railway theme everywhere in a great and skilful way, after all it's about the Pullman wagons 😀 The lobby welcomes you with old suitcases that have various stickers from old, formerly well-known hotels and the same Let's clarify the claim of the house, which obviously wants to see itself in a row with these houses. And it can be that way!!! The room was big enough and we didn't miss anything, a great, large safe that accommodates a laptop computer as well as everything else, a Nespresso coffee machine that served us well when we left at 4 a.m., a shower There's no need to be generous with good-smelling shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. What was also good for us was the provision of a comb packaged in organic quality, which unfortunately didn't make it into our luggage... On the morning of our departure we were provided with a delicious breakfast doggy pack - great! In short, we were very happy with the new Pullman Hill Street and can imagine staying there again if we end up in Singapore.

Excellent
33unic3Note: The bigger swimming pool you see online is only for CLUB members only. I wish the trip could have stated that before we booked. You will be unable to access the level for club members via the lift.
Cleaniless is great. Housekeeping Jennifer is great. She replenished bathrobes and slippers once she has seen that they are used.
Location: convenient to get to most places. There is a mall called 100am just diagonal to the hotel, you can get everything you need there. NTUC can also be found within walking distance.
Reception is on the 12th floor. If you're non-club member, you have to take separate lifts from your hotel floor to 12th, then change lift to get to 1st level.
Communication in Oasia is quite disastrous. Upon check-in, we were told that our stay came with breakfast. However on the morning of the day after, the breakfast area at 1st level told us that we did not have breakfast inclusive in our booking.
Secondly, we also requested late checkout which they gave to us complimentary (1.5h after the default 12pm checkout)
About 1215pm, they called us in the hotel room, asking if we would like to extend our stay as we have not checked out. After telling them that we requested a late check out, the person asked if we have already told the front desk about it. Why is there a mismatch of information between staff? This should be improved.
Overall I still enjoyed my stay. Hotel is spacious and the gym is also kept clean. The swimming pool is closed up (there is no view at all) -located on the 27th floor. I think the pictures sprawled around in google especially once you search up Oasia Swimming Pool, should be emphasized that THAT one is only for club members. I would have paid the extra if I knew that beforehand.
TTanMandyThe hotel functions like a business hotel. Lack of warm hospitality that I witness in some other hotel chain.
I was lost in the room as there were no communication as to what number to dial for conceirge. Only a number for housekeeping and they had to forward the call for me.
When asked for late checkout, the answer was an unapologetic No. I guess the hotel has great business.
And the bath was choked but they got it fixed. Plumber was fast and friendly but of course, it was still precious time wasted waiting for the bath to be fixed.
CCynthia TayWe arrived at 3.05pm to check in, at 3.15pm, the service staff said our room is not ready and is still under housekeeping. I have kindly ask for a late checkout the next day given that at 3.20pm, i am still at the hotel lobby waiting for my room. The check in counter said that late check out is not possible, and I was asked if I’m Marriott platinum member, which will allow me to have late checkout. I don’t quite understand why there was a differentiated treatment. I have to give a very unhappy face and persist my stand to the staff to give me a late check out and eventually she gave me 1230pm and I insisted at 1pm. I was given my room key at 3.45pm.
The next day I received a call at 1220pm asking if we are checking out at 12pm… when I already given 1pm late checkout.
The service of check in and getting a late check out is not really not up my expectation given is St Regis and the room I paid was not very cheap at $740 per night.
RRicksongreat and clean facilities, staff response time to request was excellent throughout the facilities, a special mentioned to Ali and Josephine of Club Level for their attentiveness.
Will come back again but of course without the swift-mania that cause the price to spike to unreasonable levels.
GGuest UserI feel compelled to bring to your attention some concerns regarding the service provided by one of your male staff at the front desk. Regrettably, I found this individual's conduct to be questionable. He exaggerated and provides misleading information of the hotel. Additionally, he made bad comments about a competitor and deliberately distorted the actual conditions of the hotel room, which contradicted his earlier statements.
Fortunately, upon my request, the room was changed. However, I was disappointed by the lack of a more professional response when I encountered the staff member at the reception later. Unfortunately, he left without addressing the issue, which I believe reflects poorly on the hotel's image. Such behaviour is disheartening and does not align with the level of professionalism one would expect.
I hope the management will take appropriate measures to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar situations.
Thank you for your attention to this concern.
LLitaWe stayed in Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort and Spa for 2 nights.
The location is a bit far from the city and some attractions in Sentosa Island but we love the surroundings, it’s quiet and peaceful. Distance to Tanjung beach sentosa from the hotel is walkable. They provide shuttle service from the hotel to Vivo city and vice versa for those who wanted to go to city center.
Our room was spacious and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. It’s very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated.
The staff were friendly and accommodating making our stay pleasant.
We enjoyed using the swimming pool during our downtime. They also have gym that is open 24 hours. We didn’t get to try the Spa though. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options and the quality was excellent. They have restaurants and bars in the property. The wi-fi connection was great.
Check-in and check -out was a breeze.
Overall, our stay was enjoyable and I would recommend it to others who are visiting the country.
XXGo here only if you are able-bodied and able to climb stairs, looking to escape humanity and don't mind the lack of facilities or having to take a shuttle bus to get anywhere, including the nearest place with shops, Changi Village. As other reviewers online have said, it is quite a walk to your room. This would have been fine with me if the lift hadn't been down for our first day (before we arrived, there was a hotelwide power cut), so we had to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to our room from level 3.
To get to the pool (at Civil Service Club Changi I, pictured) or Pasir Ris MRT, you need to take the shuttle bus too.
As this is an events and conference hotel, the conference hall just behind the lobby has constant drilling all day while backdrops are being set up, making the lobby not so relaxing to sit in.
Our room had a mini-fridge and was quite big, amenities inside were fine, with the usual dental kits, shower caps, soap, and the Nespresso machine was an interesting addition.
The hotel restuarant White Olive is expensive for the area and seems quite desolate and empty after breakfast though it is manned. The breakfast buffet there was good though, just that the coffee machine runs out of coffee by 915am and staff do not check on this even though breakfast is from 7am to 10am. There is a chef cooking fried eggs.
Proximity to Changi Boardwalk was interesting.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this to the disabled or elderly, or people who want a happening stay. This hotel is for people who just want to escape the city.
PPurple WanCleanliness:
- In terms cleanliness, the room is not so perfect. Some visible dusts here & there.
- observed a trail of ants near the desk.
- The floor are carpeted.
- Place look run-down even though it's well-maintained.
Amenities:
- Room was unfortunately not equipped with smart tv. International channels are very limited and the connection is slow.
- Room is very spacious. Suitable to bring guests for card games.
- The view from the room is facing Singapore Flyer & MBS.
- The tv was installed in the positioned right in front of the bed.
- The shower area is very clean.
- Beds and linens are comfortable.
- They have a shared water dispenser that can dispense at various temperature including baby milk. Quite useful for parents.
The carpark within the hotel is quite run-down. So you might end up, parking quite far from the lift lobby. However parking is complimentary for guests.
Service:
- They have a room service policy that they will only clean the room after the 3rd night. The only downside.
On the overall, I will definitely come back again.
LLeeLocation at Orahard area, very good for tourist near mrt station also. Comfortable room, a bit noise can hear the voices from next door. Parking fee $10 per day.
JJittttttThe location is definitely good and strategic, but the entrance of the hotel is on the backstreet which is not easily accessible. But it’s value for money if you are adventurous traveller.
