Overall was really good! The view and the equipments are surely wonderful. But there’s a flaw that really upsets me:( we went to the Rise Restaurant for breakfast at 9:30, but we waited for approximately 30 minutes in line, it was fine to wait because it’s spring break. After we get into the restaurant and have some fruits, the restaurant started to clean all the food at 10:00, which we just get into the restaurant. (there are some food left at the bar but with NO tableware) If the kitchen has their standard time to clean shouldn’t the staff told us…? They just let us in and started to clean all the food…which cost us SGD127.4 for breakfast and we ate NOTHING!

Nice view from the room. Very convenient location to enjoy shopping and sightseeing around Marina bay. Clean and quiet room was very comfortable to stay.

Disappointing. Reached the hotel around 315PM, there was a long queue for check-in, waited till 410PM before I was served for check-in. Waiting one hour in queue just to check-in was really a shocker to me for a 5 star hotel standard and please do not place an intern in charge of the queue if they have to go back and forth to check with the Duty Managers for every enquiry they encounter. It just makes the wait even more unpleasant. Hotel is clearly short-handed and staff were pushing for guests to accept twin beds room because the king beds are not ready. I am usually okay with it but this hotel charges more for the king beds even though it's the same tier as the twin beds so I don't think this is acceptable and insisted on a king bed. Witnessed two guests lodging a complaint during my stay which explains the hospitality level of this hotel. Trip Diamond members are offered a platter of fruits as stated in the booking but there were none in the room. Had to request it from the room service and came back to just two apples served on a plate. The elderly staffs at the concierge are friendly but FOH and the rest can do better. Staffs will walk past you without a nod or a smile which is shocking for a 5 star hotel/resort. Had a reservation for the Vday buffet and the food selection was mediocre and the crabs were mushy. Price of the buffet did not justify the selection, Westin's Seasonal Tastes is a better option at a lower price. The hot water for the shower did not work on check-out day and we had to shower in the cold water. Minibar only provided 2 Nescafé capsules and some TWG tea, the fridge was empty with no other beverages or snacks available. Bed was amazing and comfortable but the bathtub can be upkeep better. Fish spa was fun but you can see mosquitos breeding on the water surface. Pool area was filled with children so couples might want to reconsider. Was given a later check-out timing upon request which was a nice gesture. Overall experience was a shocking disappointment as I expected a better experience just like other 5 star hotels. So glad that I did not pay the original price for this stay and got a last minute deal with breakfast included. Else, this will be a 0 star experience.

Hotel has an excellent location, and the room is very clean and comfortable. Only complaint would be that the design of the shower area is flawed - the water overflows easily and floods into the entire main bathroom. Although the Crystal Club Lounge did not offer a huge variety of food, I liked that the desserts were quite unique, instead of just being the usual generic cakes/tarts. Service rendered by the staff was excellent - would like to commend Gladys in particular for always being so friendly, attentive and helpful.

Checked in at about 6.30pm , staff working was really quick and friendly. Despite the New Year’s Eve crowd she remained calmed in attending to her duties. Props to her. Room was clean and comfortable. Greeted by a beautiful sunset upon entering as well.

I recently had another memorable stay at the Fullerton Hotel, and it continues to exceed my expectations. This time, I stayed in a Heritage room, which came with delightful perks. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with two adorable Fullerton bears, a delicious chocolate cake, a bottle of red wine, and a selection of TWG teas, all of which added a special touch to my experience. The service at Fullerton remains impeccable, which is why I keep returning. The staff consistently go above and beyond to make every stay exceptional. The attention to detail and the thoughtful gestures truly set this hotel apart.

The location is quite remote, which is ideal if you're looking for a peaceful holiday or a quiet retreat. However, the room we were assigned had a disappointing view—there was practically no view at all. The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and the gym equipment is in acceptable condition. While it's a bit far from malls, there is a shuttle bus available for convenience. Check-in and check-out were fast and smooth. One major downside was the lack of a bidet, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the baby pool was basic with no slides or mini playground, which could be more engaging for children. Overall, I feel Dusit Thani is more suited for couples or business travelers seeking relaxation rather than families. There's not much for kids to do besides swimming, which can get boring without slides or any other fun features.

Not my first time here, returned for Xmas celebration . No complaints for the room , enjoyed the comfort & amenities . Also had a pretty good view. Breakfast is quite average, will recommend skipping it & try the cafes nearby Didn’t manage to experience the tea ceremony upon check-in. & the sunbed requires booking doesn’t limits the usage time, do take note even if you booked the sunbed at the mentioned time it may not be available. Also I wasn’t aware that for the room I booked is entitled for in-room breakfast service , I could have sleep in

Check-in 31dec to celebrate new year. We were served by Alvin at reception counter. He is a very nice guy and very informative. Greetings with 2glass of Prosecco and entitled 5 kind of snacks as well. Plus we get free tickets to enter 1-altitude coast new year party with free glass of drinks. We are glad to get a room at level 6 facing swimming pool and able to watch Yue wen music fireworks clearly from our too. Walking to Palawan beach very convenient to watch fireworks as well. Room size just nice for couple. The one need to improved was the breakfast. The hotel status 5-star but breakfast variety looks normal like staying hostel/ inn serving. Not very pleasant on this.
