Singapore Luxury Hotels

"First, I'd like to give a big shout-out to Manager Jax for the exceptionally warm and welcoming service. My family and I arrived at the hotel around 1 PM. We were given a key card for one room, but were told the other would take another half an hour to an hour. We went out for lunch and returned closer to 3 PM, only to be informed the room still wasn't ready. I was a bit annoyed because it was already past check-in time. Then, a male staff member at the front desk asked me to wait. I sat there for ages, and he didn't come back. When I went to find him, I saw him checking in other guests and giving them key cards. My temper really flared up at that point; I had arrived earlier than them, but was left waiting while later arrivals were checked in first. Later, after finally getting the key card and entering the room, I found the room orientation wasn't great. It definitely didn't feel like a Black Diamond member upgrade, nor did we receive the promised Black Diamond gift, children's amenities, or even water. Frustrated, I went back down to the front desk. That's when I met Manager Jax. She quickly calmed me down, helped arrange everything else, and was incredibly attentive to our needs throughout our stay. The hotel room itself was truly excellent – a large suite, very new and comfortable. The breakfast was a little simple, but the quality was great. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but it felt better than Capella. The location is also very good. Overall, I'm very satisfied."

"This hotel is great for getting around by taxi, and waiting for your ride in the air-conditioned lobby on the first floor really enhances the Singapore experience. The breakfast area gets very crowded, so service might be a bit inconsistent. The hotel is conveniently located near Takashimaya and Paragon, two major malls that cater to all your shopping needs. They can also help with tax refunds, and each mall has a supermarket and food stalls downstairs. Finally, a shout-out to the excellent water pressure in the room!"

"Our stay at Swissôtel was absolutely wonderful and deserving of five stars. The view was breathtaking, offering a beautiful and memorable backdrop throughout our stay. The location was excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with the rooms and common areas maintained to a very high standard. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Overall, Swissôtel provided a fantastic experience, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"First time visit to Singapore. Lovely hotel. Great location, bonus of an outdoor pool that we used early one morning. Rooms very clean, beds super comfy. Immaculately clean. All staff super friendly and helpful with recommendations and directions. Concierge’s always available to sort taxis and help too. Didn’t book breakfast as do many food options close by. Nice touch was at check in they brought out birthday muffins, not just for me but for my two teenagers too. Great introduction. What’s not to love? Will be back."

"The environment and facilities are excellent, living up to the image of a high-end hotel. The lobby decoration is particularly outstanding. Large malls are located on both sides, making shopping and dining very convenient. The service is professional and attentive. I'd like to share two small details: Firstly, the room has a capsule coffee machine. When I first checked in, I wasn't familiar with its operation and accidentally wasted the first capsule. It wasn't broken, just had a few small holes poked in it. I casually placed it with the other unused capsules. The next day, I found it had been replaced with a new one, which shows that the room was thoroughly cleaned and organized. Secondly, because I had an early flight, I needed to check out in the early morning. The hotel offers an express check-out process. You just need to fill out the check-out form in advance, drop it along with your room card at a designated spot, and you can leave directly. This definitely deserves praise."
