The free shuttle bus was easy to find by following the recommendations they send on WeChat: I strongly recommend you to add them on WeChat for easier communication with the hotel and shuttle service. The hotel room was big, clean and nice. The Chinese buffet breakfast was nice for me too. I disliked that no gym (or no gym available at this time): one of the reasons I booked this hotel was that it's advertised to have a gym.

The location is very accessible. Near the metro station. Rooms are clean. Good food. Breakfast is simple and the choices are chinese food.

Very short stay. Was clean with good service. Airport pick was good. But its 15-20 minutes from the airport. So it takes awhile to get back and forth and 30 minutes wait to get on the shuttle.

I stayed here on a long layover. Everything was perfect. The guest staff were so helpful - and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. They also arranged a free shuttle back to the airport the next day, and I enjoyed the simple breakfast included in my purchase. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and conveniently located near Shenzhen International Airport. I stayed there during my flight transit to Harbin. They offer a complimentary airport shuttle service, which is a great bonus. Highly recommended!

Wasted so many hours waiting for the acceptance of temp visa. There is a rule that most countries can use temp visa if staying for less than 172 hours but the immigration is a pain and takes them 3-6 hours to do it!

It's a nice hotel.Good breakfast. Free shuttle to airport. Near to Metro just under 500m. Helpful front desk staff. I recommend. I will stay again.

It’s not very clean but just a stopover for catching the flight. Breakfast was not very appetising but just to fill your stomach.

15 minute by shuttle from airport. Reception is ok. Rooms are big looks good but ALL SMELL OF SMOKE. . . we asked for NO smoking and they assured us that they had this kind of of room. We changed room but same smell. We couldn’t sleep. Breakfast very very POOR. Terrible cafe.The women in the breakfast room not polite at all.

Highly recommended hotel! Super clean, great location, super smooth serving, the best staff.

The hotel is not near the airport. But the hotel provides a bus service to pick guests up from the airport and take guests back to the hotel. You must have a China number so that you can contact the hotel reception to check where to wait for the service bus. I have trouble finding the bus pick-up point, as the reception staff describe the pick-up point, not tally... end up took me 30 minutes to find the pick-up point. The bus rider was angry too :/ But still... they provide free bus service pick up, which is good enough. I checked in very late, 4 am in the midnight ＞.＜ The room is good. The aircon is in good condition. This hotel is good for travellers who want to check in late. * but the reception staff can not speak English, might have difficulties talking to foreigners who are not Chinese speaking...
