The hotel is new and clean, the staff very nice and excellence in service. Provide shuttle ride within 5km, so no problem to visit lee garden night market and kim yong market, also provide kids zone so it suit for parent. Will come again

Hotel nice environment quite good but just location is suitable for own have transport,even hotel provide shutter bus go to distance 2.5km free. And hotel need improve balcony there air-condition compressor make the sound noise.room quite big.

love this hotel ❤️ got parking, swimming pool, simple amenities (toothbrush, comb, razor, shower gel, shampoo) spacious room suitable for family for those who need massage, they can arrange one for you in the room…reasonable rate

Hotel is good. Staff are friendly. A lot of parking. Room big n clean But this time no pool view. Pool also big clean n nice

W3 Hotel provide a great service. Beautiful Kingan was helpful to check us in to our rooms. We appreciate all the staff working on that day to help us with our luggage. We will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Checked in process was fast n smooth...plenty of parking around the hotel...water pressure was good...room was spacious but only have 1 elevator in the premises...overall was still pleasant n good...

Hotel was not bad for staying, but I think the price is on high side if compared to other 4 star hotel,it took around 20 minutes to walk to Lee garden hotel for shopping or food,overall I will only stay again if no other better choice.
