Warning! The hygiene is terrible, the blankets have holes, and there's no air conditioning in the sweltering May heat!!! They told me the air conditioning wouldn't work!!! If you're sensitive to heat, avoid this place! The receptionist was nice, but the machine crashed during check-in, and I was made to stand at the front desk for 34 minutes at 2 AM. The toilet tank was broken, water kept leaking, and the soundproofing is absolutely terrible—you can hear everything the neighbors are saying! I was woken up early this morning by a couple having sex, even though it only lasted a few minutes, it was still incredibly annoying!

Except for the lack of barrier-free ramp, we were very satisfied with everything else. The breakfast was rich and exquisite, and the guests were provided with personal service. The staff was proactive and enthusiastic. There was also a washing machine, dryer, hanger, and laundry detergent on the balcony on the fourth floor, so that guests could wash their own clothes. There was a freshly ground coffee machine and snacks in the lobby.

The hotel is very beautiful, and we upgraded to a superior room with breakfast included, which is a great value for money.
