Every time I visit Pudong Renji Hospital, I stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located right across from the hospital, and there are many dining options nearby. The rooms are a good size and clean. The front desk staff provide excellent service; they are warm and patient. This time, I even received a free upgrade. However, I unfortunately had a sudden nosebleed in the middle of the night that wouldn't stop, and a lot of blood got on the bed. I had to go to the emergency room to get it treated. When I returned, I explained the situation to the staff and offered to pay for the cleaning fee as compensation. The staff later told me that I didn't need to pay, and the hotel would cover the cost. I truly caused them a lot of trouble this time, and I want to express my sincere gratitude to them! I will definitely stay here again in the future.
The hotel is clean and tidy. The hotel staff has a very good service attitude, is enthusiastic, and proactive in helping. The bedding is also carefully made, soft and comfortable. No matter how late it is, as long as there is a need, the manager will always come forward to solve your needs (ps: it would be better if the manager was better looking 🤣). In short, it is a very nice hotel, highly recommended!
The hotel environment is very good. The hygiene is clean and tidy. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. There is also a supermarket downstairs. It is very convenient to buy things. Two bottles of mineral water are also given in the room. Recommended

The room is small, but fine for a one-night stay. There are sometimes odors in the room, like toilet or cooking fumes. The soundproofing is definitely poor, depending on who lives next door. Since it's located near a side street, residential area, and park, I didn't hear any noise.
The front desk service was excellent, very attentive and helpful, and they even provided snacks and candies. The room was also incredibly clean and comfortable! The location is perfect too, just a 30-second walk from Metro Line 15, which is super convenient for someone like me who relies heavily on public transportation. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, making it easy to eat out or buy things. Delivery services are also available right to your door, so it's convenient and hassle-free. It's extremely convenient for business trips or vacations. And most importantly, there's a huge balcony – perfect for drying clothes!
The front desk service is enthusiastic, the room is quite large, the hygiene is very good, clean and tidy, and the cleaning lady cleans the room on time every day. The hot water is sufficient and fast, the air conditioning works well, and the noise is very low at night. The experience is beyond expectations. The WIFI speed is generally worse than the excellent performance in other aspects. Overall, it is a pretty good hotel!

Convenient transportation, with the subway just across the street. The room layout is compact, with bright and warm colors. The air conditioning is quite powerful, the TV is large, and the Wi-Fi signal is strong, which the kids love. The downsides are: small space, dirty bed runner, and hair on the bed (both long and short). Although it's a family room, only two bottles of water were provided, and more were only offered if requested. There was only one stool. Toiletries weren't provided proactively, and the toothbrush provided was of poor quality. The shower gel and other toiletries were bottled. The bathroom facilities were old but usable. Providing sandals was a thoughtful touch. There's a convenience store and a self-service restaurant nearby; the food is home-style and the taste is average. We bought instant noodles as a backup in case we got hungry. Overall, the kids enjoyed it because of the TV, and the adults thought it was okay. The price was reasonable, and the service was average. Overall, it was acceptable.
Conveniently located, within walking distance of Fudan University and Wujiaochang. Excellent value for money for a hotel around 200 RMB. Highly recommended.

Two rooms were set, the environment was still OK, that is, I didn’t know where the room was deodorizing. I smelled that I hadn’t slept well all night. I asked my friend in the morning. His room smelled like a bit.

GGuest UserA hotel with a very high cost performance ratio. Although the room is not very big, it has many necessary facilities. The environment of the room is also very good. I slept very comfortably. This price is really great! I will stay here again if I have the chance.

QQianjindebufaThis is a very cost-effective hotel for business trips. The room is very new, the air conditioning heating effect is good, the hot water supply is stable, the facilities are relatively complete, there are washing machines and dryers on the first floor, the parking lot is outside the door, free parking, the staff is warm and caring, responsive super warm heart, Check-in is efficient and fast, the surrounding transportation is convenient, there are many foods, the overall stay is very satisfactory, I recommend this hotel! !

CCaixukunFacilities: The facilities are decent, pretty standard like most places.
Hygiene: The hygiene was also decent. They provide disposable slippers, but I wouldn't recommend using the plastic ones; they didn't feel clean and I was worried about athlete's foot.
Environment: The environment was just okay, not particularly quiet. Being close to the road, it was a bit noisy, but other than that, it was fine.
Service: The service attitude was excellent, no complaints there.

LleotenThe hotel is not bad, the room has enough space, and what I like, that there is a lot of lighting variations that you can use, in cold weather I was saved by air-conditioner. Overall it was good to stay in this hotel, but location isn’t convenient, it was not that bad for me because I needed a hotel near exhibition hall and Hongqiao railway station
