I'll definitely be staying here again. Before I checked in, I contacted the hotel's customer service, and the service center was very efficient and responsive. The staff were patient, meticulous, and incredibly warm and polite. They handled all my inquiries and requests quickly and appropriately, making for a great communication experience. I felt thoughtful and attentive service everywhere, which significantly enhanced my stay. Highly recommend!

I brought my family for a staycation. The room had a great view of Yangpu Bridge and the 'three-piece suit' (referring to the iconic skyscrapers in Lujiazui) in the distance. The breakfast was quite rich, with many noodle stalls. However, one guest used their own chopsticks to pick food from the steamer, which I hope management will address.

Great service and new facilities. The room was spacious enough, clean, and had a good vibe. The housekeeping auntie was very enthusiastic, proactively asking if we needed anything when we met her in the hallway. Free parking was a big plus! 👍 After checking in, we just registered our license plate and room number at the concierge, and then entering and exiting the parking lot was hassle-free, which was very convenient. Breakfast was also good.

The front desk staff, Yuki, was not only handsome and composed but also incredibly responsible. He went above and beyond to help me with various travel issues, making my airport transfer completely hassle-free and convenient. I originally booked this place because of the convenient airport transfer service, but I was pleasantly surprised when Yuki even thoughtfully helped carry my luggage to the room. His service was meticulous and attentive, which was truly heartwarming.

Booked this for my friends and their family, and they were very happy with their stay. The hotel is conveniently located with great transport links, very clean, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The environment was pleasant, and the staff were all very friendly. They said they would definitely consider staying here again if they visit in the future.

Our stay here was fantastic. Mao Mao at the front desk was incredibly patient and thorough during check-in, clearly explaining all the hotel benefits and diligently answering all our questions. She was so kind and enthusiastic; her service was truly delightful. The room was clean and tidy, and the overall environment was quiet and comfortable, with a great atmosphere. The entire process, from check-in to check-out, was smooth and we felt truly welcomed. It was a very pleasant stay, and I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely choose it again next time I'm in town.

The hotel has a pool, and it's not crowded, which is very convenient. The facilities are quite new, and the hygiene is acceptable. The environment is also satisfactory. It's suitable for business travel. The room has a bathtub, but they don't provide disposable bath liners. I tried to extend my check-out time a bit, and while the front desk wasn't as accommodating as some other hotels, overall it was okay. It's a bit dry this season, and I'm feeling a bit under the weather. The soundproofing is so-so, but I was still pretty happy with my stay. Overall, a good review.
