Indigo Properties in Shanghai

My stay was fantastic! Check-in at the front desk was efficient, the room was spotless, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around. The staff were warm, polite, and responsive. The facilities are well-maintained, making for a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend it!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, and a big part of that is thanks to Annie at the front desk. She gave us a lovely welcome gift when we checked in, which made us feel so cared for. Later, after we checked out, we realized we'd forgotten to pick up a package. She went above and beyond, helping us contact the concierge to find it and even arranged for it to be mailed to our new address. We're so incredibly grateful!

The room was clean and decent. The toilet and shower were separate, which was great. The room had a balcony where you could watch fireworks, but the downside was that there were a lot of mosquitoes. The hotel provided mosquito repellent, but unfortunately, we only saw it on the second day, after we had already gotten several bites. Minibar: They had Schweppes and orange soda that kids could drink, which was a plus. Check-in perks (cat petting and 20% off pet boarding voucher): The cat petting didn't actually have a 20% discount; we paid the full price. It was a bit strange, as they said only the pet boarding was eligible for the discount.
