I visited the InterContinental Shanghai Wonderland with my family, and the overall experience was excellent. Since it wasn't a public holiday, the crowd wasn't too big. However, during the evening light show, it was quite lively, and the lighting effects were stunning. **[Location]** The location is a bit out of the way, but it's precisely because of this unique geological feature that this 'deep pit' building exists. If you're not driving, I recommend taking Line 9 to Dongjing Station and then a taxi; getting around is still quite convenient. **[Hotel Environment]** It meets standard five-star expectations. What impressed me the most were the miner-shaped sculptures in the lobby. They were adorable, and I made sure to 'check in' with every miner figure I saw. **[Hotel Service]** Highly commendable! 👍 The hotel confirmed our check-in itinerary one day in advance. Upon arrival, the staff thoughtfully introduced us to the restaurants, special performances, and viewing spots. Special thanks to Bruce, a staff member: initially, our upgraded room was a corner room with a less-than-ideal view. After communicating, he smoothly helped us switch rooms, handling the situation very thoughtfully. **[Room Decor]** It's decent, nothing outstanding but nothing to complain about. The hotel was built a while ago, so some smart facilities are a bit outdated, and the TV doesn't support streaming from platforms. The toiletries are refillable and unbranded, and facial cleanser is not provided in the room.

Traveling as a family of three, I wanted to find a place near Shanghai that also offered convenient dining options, and this hotel perfectly met my needs. My 5-year-old absolutely adored the family room! It had a tent ⛺, a little toy car for kids, a building block table, and even kid-sized slippers, toothbrushes, toiletries, and bathrobes – everything was provided. My daughter particularly loved the little step stool for the sink; even though she's tall enough and doesn't really need it, she insisted on using it to wash her hands.

Jerry, the butler, was very responsive. Since we were traveling with a baby, issues like a baby gate were handled perfectly, and we even got a late check-out. The front desk also communicated room changes in advance and upgraded our room. There were no sharp corners in the room, and it was spacious, so the baby had a great time crawling around. The hotel has a dedicated play area for babies, making it very baby-friendly. The service awareness of the restaurant staff and housekeeping could be improved. It would be even better if the room had items for young babies, like a bottle warmer.

They were able to get me checked in with a picture of my passport and another ID after I lost my passport the day I was supposed to fly home. Also clean, in an international mall, reasonable walking distance to the line 9 metro (not SUPER close but definitely doable.) The room had both a bathtub and a shower.

The entire hotel exudes a sense of history. The front desk service was excellent; they were very welcoming and proactive with both check-in and luggage storage. The room and bathroom were clean, and the various restaurants were all great. In the evening, there's a lantern lighting ceremony, which adds a wonderful touch of ritual.

This stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was fantastic, and I specifically want to commend Molly at the front desk. Molly is incredibly professional, warm, and welcoming to guests. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. She patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions, proactively offered travel advice, and attentively addressed my needs, always handling things with grace. Her service throughout was genuine and not just going through the motions, truly reflecting the high standards of Hilton Garden Inn. It was Molly's thoughtful and attentive service that made my trip feel so warm and comfortable. I hope the hotel recognizes Molly for her excellent work. I will definitely choose this Hilton Garden Inn again for future business trips and vacations.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Songjiang Wanda Plaza, offering a wide array of shopping and dining options. The hotel restaurant only serves breakfast, with a limited but sufficient selection. The room size is decent, and the bedding is clean and odor-free. A particular highlight is the shower, featuring a Moen handheld adjustable showerhead with strong water pressure, making for a truly refreshing shower—an unbeatable advantage.

The environment here is fantastic! The room was clean with no unpleasant odors. The peripherals were top-notch; the GPW mouse felt great, and both the keyboard and headphones were new. The screen quality was crisp, making gaming incredibly smooth. The internet speed was stable with no lag, and the air conditioning worked powerfully. The front desk service was enthusiastic and responsive. It offers great value for money. It was so comfortable playing games with my friends here. I'll definitely choose this place again for our next gaming session. Highly recommend!

I originally booked this room through Trip.com for a holiday stay, but due to various reasons, I rescheduled for this week. The hotel was incredibly accommodating with the change. On the day of check-in, they even upgraded me to a suite, which was fantastic! The room facilities were still complete and perfect – I was very satisfied. The hotel's surroundings are also very convenient, and there's a huge lake right in front. The weather was also super cooperative. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and they even included an afternoon tea with delicious cheesecake and fruit tarts. I particularly enjoyed their 'cow and horse' bread (likely a local specialty or a playful name for a pastry). Finally, one minor suggestion: it would be absolutely perfect if there were no disturbances during the night.

The Hilton Garden Inn Guangfulin boasts a new Chinese-style waterfront design, located by Fulin Lake and adjacent to the Guangfulin Relics. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the beds are high-quality, and the breakfast spread is excellent. The serene gardens offer a lovely setting for a stroll by the lake. With attentive service, it's an ideal choice for a getaway near Shanghai.
