We had a short but good stay waiting for our flight in the morning. The hotel had got everything you need however lobby and restaurant were extremely cold! Need for improvement!

Close to Pudong Airport, 20 mins drive. Rooms are big, clean, warm and very comfortable. Airplanes flying all the time, every 30-40 mins, a little bit annoying during the night. Gym is nice. Staff are not helpful, they are very slow, and don’t really understand what to do, even though we speak Chinese

A very new hotel 15 min from the airport. Generally good room although a bit warm. The shuttle bus to airport is as shown below. However the attitude of the bus driver leaves a bad taste

Sadly looks like it has been hard hit by covid.
Area is totally run down - walking/running track; camping area; basement play area.
Guest room comfortable, BUT the carpets smell so bad of unwelcome smells !! Bathroom great.
Restaurant a la carte very good standard of cooking but again many items not available including shanghai noodles !!
Reception staff upon arrival lovely and friendly and speak great English.
Check out Reception spoke NO English.
Area is far from anywhere ...

I had a fantastic stay back in October. The hotel was fantastic and really clean, the swimming pool and amenities were amazing.
In particular, the staff were outstanding. The receptionist I dealt with Vicky Liu was so friendly and helpful and made my stay even better. She was welcoming and kind.

This was a great place to check in.. The quality of the hotel was amazing for a cheaper price. It’s a bit isolated, but if you are trying to escape the city and take a break, this is the place.
