I've stayed at this hotel several times, and each experience has been superb. From check-in to check-out, Manager Xie at the front desk consistently maintained a smooth, yet unhurried and orderly pace, showing genuine care. Manager Lin at the breakfast restaurant also deeply impressed me with her excellent management skills and warm, attentive service. Under her leadership, the restaurant staff worked efficiently as a team, providing enthusiastic and standardized service. The food was abundant and delicious, with a great selection of both Chinese and Western dishes. The executive lounge was quiet and elegant, and the afternoon tea pastries were exquisite and tasty. The moment I walked in, the petite and charming Li Xinying remembered my drink preference, and a cappuccino appeared before me shortly after – such meticulous and thoughtful service deeply touched me. The room service on the eleventh floor was also friendly and welcoming, making us feel well cared for and looked after, always receiving prompt and considerate help. We absolutely love the atmosphere and service of this hotel; both the initial reception and subsequent follow-ups were very timely and effective. We were fortunate to have made such a wise choice in selecting this hotel.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Celine from the staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel's ambiance is elegant, and our room had excellent lighting and was spotlessly clean with no strange odors. We felt completely comfortable and at ease, making it a place we'd definitely return to! The facilities are comprehensive and modern, with ample hot water and consistent water pressure. This hotel truly excels in attention to detail! Highly recommended!

Our 2nd stay back here! The hotel is connected to Songhong metro via the shopping mall, to note that the gates to the mall closes at approximately 10/1030pm, take the lift next to the mall exit and you can navigate from here. They also have breakfast options delivered to your door step if breakfast is selected in your package. Alternatively, head to one of the many coffee spots in the mall connected - like Ora Coffee, Manner, LuckIn etc. Robot service available and you can send your parcels here ahead of time for collection - the hotel front desk will also drop your parcels at your door if all details are labelled correctly. Room was clean and the washer dryer is exceptionally helpful for us. Late check out is also allowed if the room is available. Overall great stay! Will definitely return - it is also an easy route to either Hong Qiao airport / train station or Pudong international airport, very convenient!

The cleaning staff were very friendly and the front desk was very helpful. The room was super clean and well-equipped, and the soundproofing was excellent. Highly recommend! The breakfast selection was also quite rich, with both Western and Chinese options to choose from, or you could have it delivered to your room. The hotel's location is fantastic, with many delicious Japanese restaurants in the basement of Takashimaya, right next to a Japanese supermarket.

I had a really pleasant stay at this Atour Hotel. Overall, the service was very good and comparable to some larger hotel brands. While a small number of staff didn’t feel entirely genuine, most of the team were friendly and helpful, especially the front desk. The room was spacious and comfortable, though the lighting was slightly on the dim side for my preference. One highlight was the cute robot that delivers items to your room — a nice and fun touch. I also really appreciated the 24-hour laundry service, which was very convenient. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional. When I checked out, they quickly went over my bill and even helped me arrange a car to the airport. The whole process was efficient and thorough. Inside the apartment, the internet was consistently stable and fast, making video calls seamless without any lag. The common areas were quiet and clean, so whether I was working or relaxing, I was never disturbed. It felt very reassuring to stay there.

I frequently visit Shanghai, and this was my first time staying at Hongge. You can tell that a lot of thought went into the details, much like a Japanese hotel system. This includes the separate toilet and shower, heated toilet seat, and a water purifier under the drinking basin. The hallway even has a fresh air system, keeping the air clean. The soundproofing on the windows is also quite good. This stay really solved all the problems I usually encounter in Shanghai at this price point (around 300 RMB) – like hotels on busy roads with constant traffic noise at night, poor internal soundproofing, or strange smells. I highly recommend this hostel! The location is unbeatable, just a 400-meter walk to Weining Road Metro Station, making transfers and getting around incredibly convenient. Right outside, you'll find Binggu Plaza, which has everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping, so you don't have to go far for meals or leisure. The interior design is trendy and minimalist, with a futuristic vibe. The common areas are clean and bright, and the bathrooms are regularly cleaned with no unpleasant odors. Each bed comes with a private blackout curtain, a USB charging port, and a reading light. When you pull the curtain, it creates your own private space, ensuring an undisturbed rest. The bedding is changed for every guest, making for a great sleeping experience, and the price is very affordable. The front desk staff are kind and patient. It's perfect whether you're traveling solo, on a short business trip, or a student needing temporary accommodation. Overall, it's a five-star experience that's definitely worth recommending!

The hotel is quite beautiful, and the rooms are clean with complete amenities. If anything was missing, the staff quickly brought it up; their response was very prompt. I booked a deluxe king room, and the lighting was good, creating a nice ambiance. It was really lovely. The room also had a mini-fridge for storing things, and the bed was quite comfortable. It was a great experience, and I'm very satisfied so far. I'd consider staying here again next time.

The hotel is situated less than a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station, which makes getting around the city extremely easy. In addition, there is a large shopping mall directly opposite the hotel, offering plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. With these amenities so close by, the hotel is within easy reach of almost everything a business traveler might need during their stay. During my visit, my spouse and son accompanied me, and the room setup worked out very well for our small family. The sofa bed provided in the room made it comfortable enough to accommodate three people without feeling cramped. The room itself was spacious, well-organized, and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, which made our stay even more pleasant. Another highlight of the hotel is the excellent service from the staff. The housekeeping team was consistently friendly and attentive, ensuring the room was well maintained each day. The reception staff were also polite, welcoming, and professional, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Overall, the combination of a great location, comfortable rooms, and attentive service made our stay at Hyatt Place Shanghai Tianshan Plaza a very enjoyable experience.
