My V6 membership should entitle me to a free room upgrade and breakfast, but the front desk staff coldly told me I wasn't eligible. Haha, they looked so disdainful. Having stayed in so many hotels, this so-called ”Greater Shanghai” hotel is truly awful. If it weren't for taking my child to university, I would never stay here again.

The staff here are incredibly attentive. Any issues I had were resolved immediately, and they promptly brought up any toiletries I needed. Housekeeping was excellent, and they cleaned my room right on schedule every day.

Our room experience was fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly, always smiling throughout our interactions. The nearby fast-charging station was really convenient, especially since we were visiting during the May Day holiday. Everything felt so easy and accessible. They even had a dryer and a garment steamer, which was a nice touch! 👌
