The location is great and the environment is comfortable, making it very convenient to get around. The suite rooms are also very spacious. However, the soundproofing between floors is quite poor. On the second night, I could clearly hear people running around, yelling, and dragging tables and chairs upstairs. It felt like the ceiling was shaking from all the running around. The service is average; no one proactively greeted us when we came and went. The housekeeping staff, however, were much more enthusiastic and friendly.

The hotel room was very spacious, and the overall service was excellent. Housekeeping and cleaning were also prompt. There's a supermarket and an art center nearby, and it's not too far to get to the Bund by taxi. Plus, it's very close to the subway station.
