The location is near the palace and walking distance from Myeongdong shopping area. However the rooms can be better maintained, and cleaner. The toilet doors cannot be fully closed. The service staff are friendly and they provide cute pyjamas and nice smelling toiletries

Good hotel and good location. Price was the reasonable and value for money. Strongly recommend for travellers with budget spendings.

We stayed with 2 adults and 2 children. We went from Myeongdong looking forward to staying in Connie's room, but it was about a 15-minute walk. The front desk staff were fluent in both Japanese and English, so communication was easy. Check-in was done automatically using the touch panel, so it seems you can check in without talking to the staff. All the character rooms are on the same floor, the 14th floor. It was random, but we got the Brown room! There was a doll there, so the kids reacted well. Toothbrushes are charged, so I recommend bringing them from Japan. The room is limited to 2 adults, so there were no pajamas for the children, so we brought our own pajamas. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub! The only negative point was that there was a receipt left in the corner under the desk, probably dropped by the previous guest, but other than that I was satisfied!

I have stayed in this hotel several times before the epidemic. It is my first time to stay here after changing the name. I think there will be no next time... As soon as I checked in, I felt like I was staying in a hotel. The lighting tone was inconsistent, white light, yellow light, and green light. . The hygiene is not good, there is rubbish left under the bed that has not been cleared away. There were a lot of water stains on the wash basin table and it had not been cleaned at all. Fortunately, I stayed here for only one night this time, which greatly affected my mood. The only advantage is convenience. There is an airport bus to Incheon, and it is so close to Myeongdong.

There were a lot of dust and black particles on the bed. The hotel lobby was very high-end, but the room was very simple. There was no wallpaper, just white walls. There were even small bubbles on the walls due to moisture. The cabinet doors were also tattered and the room was very small. However, it is still possible to have a smart toilet, but the experience is not good!

Good points: The location is very good, in a busy but quiet place, with convenient transportation and easy access to everywhere.
