Love the stay and it’s really an interesting experience in the container. I stayed in bamboo suite which though might not has the best view but it is rather private. The service is friendly and no frills. Just a few things to note 1. If you plan to drive and park at meadows carpark; it’s will cost about $36 2. Expect creepy crawlies such as caterpillars and ants especially at night 3. The toilet can be a bit stuffy if you close the window and there are insects caught in webbings especially there are no insect screen at the window

It's an expensive hotel, but I would recommend to spend at least 1 night there. You can do an early check-in, which allowed you to use the pool, fitness or observation deck already (it's a temporary card till you can check-in your room) . So you can enjoy some amenities there already. The room was huge and very clean. The shopping mall connected also has many brands names, and some restaurants. A good court is at the mall as well. A ****** is there as well. If you like ********.

The view is very good. Hotel slightly expensive. Love to on not bad. Slightly far from Mrt as you have to carry the luggage up the stairs to cross the bridge. It is walking distance from the Merlion. All rooms overlooking the bay but with different views, be careful when you book the type of room. Service was good. There is some problem with the drainage system of the bath tub which took many hours for the water to go away.

We checked in at 1430. The receptionist told us the room’s not ready yet. It doesn't matter. We just want to know how long it will take to be ready. As a tourist, our schedules are tight. If she had given us an estimated wait time, even an approximate time, we could have planned to go to other attractions or wait at the hotel for a while. But she only kept saying they would text us when they were ready. Finally, we back to hotel at 1600. The room was ready and we didn’t receive any notification at all.

Second time trying this hotel. My partner and I decided to top up for the club lounge access as we quite like their food selections and services. We were served by Han Meng during the check in and he was very nice knowing we want to top up for club access, he actually worked out a deal that is more worthy and he even gave us a high floor corner room with a very nice view of the harbour plus late check out at 3pm. The services at the club lounge were good especially Steve from the club lounge. He was very friendly and even offered to take photo for us and printed out knowing we were here for special occasion. I feel the food selections during evening cocktail as compared to last time dropped a little. Hopefully they will come out with better menu next time :) The top up of the champagne during the breakfast was slow and sometimes forgotten our order. Overall still a good experience.

What a lovely hotel and friendly staff. Upgraded our room to a one bedroom suite as It was our wedding anniversary and it didn't disappoint, they also gave us early and late checkout. Room had everything you could want.20 min walk to clarke quay and 40 min to Marina Bay hotel and gardens by the sea.

Chose Parkroyals Collection over others for their great customer service experiences we have over the years. We planned for my Dad and Sister's birthday there. Had the whole family to staycay as I have been recommending them. Thought with the online check in will expedite the process, however it's pointless. Had to go through the entire process once again from queuing to verification. Though it has been done online. Was a little disappointed as the email conversation on the special requests were not communicated. We enjoyed ourselves, nevertheless. ❤️

It’s very comfortable to live in Conrad. The room design is very user friendly. Lightings are very good and comfy. I like the sofa a lot, it’s super big. I can lie to rest for a while before going to shower. The breakfast is rly great and the refill is super fast. The location is good, it’s very near to promenade MRT station. My second stay in this hotel. Mrt station is just downstair so very convenient for tourists. Weekend will be very quiet and hardly any food nearby unless you walk or order in. Room was huge and have a nice view! Was surprised that Westin has not many paid channels on the TV. Maybe time to add in netfix. Pool has a lovely view and make sure you bring along your sunblock. Hotel breakfast has improved as compared to previous time. Any minus points? Well The two front desk ladies were a-bit cold during the check-in. No smile at all and was not that “willing” to issue me a parking coupon which ultimately my guy said he would pay for the parking. Thank goodness, i did not see them when i check out. Instead , its the same guy who checked me in the previous time! He still remembered me! Good memory! Thank you Mr Bobby Chan for your warm smile that made me feel welcome to book the hotel again!

Super convenient - from the check-in to the check-out process, everything was efficient. It’s important to note that things like water and the fridge is communal and you just need to go to the main area at each floor to get your water and use the fridge. The location is great, it's close to Maxwell MRT station, and a few walks to Chinatown. It's convenient to ride on a bus too which near the Hindi Temple. The room is small for 3 persons but the facilities are well done. The kitchenware can be used for easy cooking. The mattress and blankets are thick enough, but I got itchiness on my arms during night. Just take care of the hygiene of bedsheets/mattress.

There were several power outages but they were quickly fixed. Our room was on the third floor and had stairs, but they carried our luggage for us which was helpful. The bed was clean and there was one bath towel and headphones. The shower is in the same room as the toilet. You will need to take precautions such as bringing short pants and slippers that you don't mind getting wet, so those who are not used to traveling may have trouble. They were very kind and looked after our luggage after we checked out.

There are also food courts nearby, but there is a pasta restaurant downstairs in the hotel that tastes very good, and it is also very close to west coast park It is very suitable for running. house keeping is done on Tuesdays and Saturdays. It won’t be too disturbing to rest. Overall, this apartment is very good, very quiet and suitable for living. If you don’t like noisy, it’s also very difficult to book.

The noise that other people reviewed is really loud. The accommodation provides small earplugs, but they are not yet available. However, the accommodation provides earmuffs, but they are too big. However, the pub is closed on Sundays. It is very quiet for anyone who sleeps on Sunday night. What I don't like is that the bathroom is outside and locked with a code. You have to bring your mobile phone because you can't remember the code. There are advantages, such as free coffee, Milo, free water, and a spacious place to work and eat. The air conditioning in the shared room is not hot, but cool. Overall, it is not bad.

We were surprised about the room bcs we expected way less tbh 🤣 We got the loft room. It was soooo vibey the bathroom had LED lights and it was…. Just amazing 🥰 The TV has youtube and netflix too! However my partner got bitten by an ant on the bed so that was the downside. Apart from that, the room and stay was worth it considering the price. Of course it is small and no windows but we had no problems with it. The location was great too bcs its on Arab Street so there’s lots of food options nearby. Has a 24hr mamak shop nearby too. Will come back if needed 👍

great experience! First of all, had a free upgrade to a Premier room. So huge thanks for that! Went with my partner and had a good rest! Room is beautiful! Although it's rather small, the layout of the room is good enough for it to not matter. One downside is that there was only one chair, which prompted us to move the table by the tv nearer to the bed so that both of us had a seat whilst eating. You can get nespresso in the morning which doesnt add on to your bill and a mini 'fridge' to keep your cold items chilled! Service was great too! Had in-room dining in the morning where we ordered the chef's brekkie. Took me a while to figure out how to call the front desk but when I did, everything else was seemless. However, the food we got didnt really live up to the price. Location-wise, the hotel is near where you wanna go for a good shopping day. However, heading up the hill to get to the hotel is somewhat annoying. It wasnt as accessible as I hoped it to be. Best to drive to the hotel rather than public transport because you'd have to walk a distance and up a hill to get there.

The location is very good, quiet in a busy area, with two subway stations, one subway station to Orchard Road. It is very close to Klamath and Tiong Bahru Market, and there is also the Great World shopping mall nearby. Very convenient. The small room is very small and is not recommended. If you want to stay in a larger room, it is highly recommended. Because it is new, it is very clean.

I was at room 301. With 1 Double bed and 1 Single bed. The room size is quite large than my thought, which is great! This room has no windows. There are shower kit of L’occitane, an dryer and slippers below the bed, free bottle of water, and free coffee and tea bag. The toilet has bidet. The shower has closable door to separate wet and dry area. The fridge is little bit small (can store up to 3 medium bottles of water). Each outlet has a switch that can be turned off. The side bed is a little bit dusty but I don’t really care. The location is great, not far from MRT DT23 and bus stop that can go to Chinatown and Marina bay. The staff is nice. The issue of this stay is the door has a security lock but cannot use because the lock at the door side is missing, anyway the door is digital door lock. Also, the water pipe sound is a little bit loud at night.

The breakfast was also nice, possibility of cooking your own eggs. I’m not sure if when is many people it would be same experience as there are not many toilet and the breakfast space is not as big, only one hob. For us it was perfect.

The location is good. Clarke Quay Metro Station and Clarke Quay Shopping Center are just a few minutes walk away. There are two 7-11 convenience stores next to the hotel. The buses are also much closer than the subway. The minutes are here. The hotel facilities are fairly clean, the air conditioner has no noise, the bed is comfortable and not soft, there are free mineral water and oranges every day, there are not many samples for breakfast, but it is enough, eat in the morning and start the day. The room has a hair dryer, very nice. The front desk can help to call a taxi, there is a lift for the disabled, very practical. The room is very small, the washstand is next to the bed, the 20-inch suitcase barely opens two, and then it is more difficult to open the door.

Great 2 bedroom apartment for families. It was a little tight with all the luggages but still much more space than what you'd get at a hotel. The staff was friendly. She let us checkin early, just gotta sign up foe Ascott. There was a kitchen AND washing machine with detergent, not to.mention the 2 seperate bathrooms were great since we wouldn't have to wait to share. The lack of locks on the bathroom was a bit cumbersome but I do get why, in case children who are staying in the seperate bedroom lock themselves in. All in all, would stay again since there really isn't another option for family-friendly apartment near/on Orchard road.

Mary, Maica, and Carms were excellent team that help me in everything that I requested, thanks to all of them. The room was quiet at night even it is in China Town. Plenty good restaurants, near to two SMRT stations, ”China town” and ”Maxwell”, The cleans of the room was amazing and in the same floor you can wash and dry your clothes free or charge. The cooking stuff enough to cook a regular meal. Decent Internet speed. Easy check in and out. quick to revert the deposit to my credit card. Overall wonderful stay

Room is sleek and modern, also smells really good. Hotel is in a convenient location with Chinatown, Clark Quay and financial district by the doorsteps. Service is great and responsive. The bed and linen are comfortable. Only complaint is the lobby being on the 2nd level and the elevator queue is such a pain every time we go out. I stayed on the 13th floor and I feel the elevator prioritize the higher level (20th above). I booked a Grab when I waited for the elevator and the driver arrived at the hotel before my elevator. Multiple elevators skipped my floor went straight down or didn’t even move at all. I ended up paying penalty fee for the driver’s wait time.
