Great stay well equipped hotel for a short stay and super clean. Front desk staff were very helpful although there is not many of them, hotel should have more staff especially over new year period.

The room is about 30 square meters in size. It is located in a central area. It is small but beautiful. The price-performance ratio is already very high. The public area continues the consistent style of European hotels. It is small but exquisite. The breakfast is a classic American breakfast.

The room is not very big, but it is very clean. The guy at the front desk is also nice. The location is also good, next to a big shopping mall for shopping convenience.

The hotel is in a good location, 10 minutes walk from the old town, and there are many subways and buses around. The hotel hygiene is really not good. I arrived late on the first night and wanted to boil some hot water. As a result, there was only half a pot of water in the kettle, and there were still mold spots floating in it. I was so disgusted that I vomited. The next day, I took the kettle to the front desk and told them, but there was no apology or compensation! ! ! The light in the bathroom was turned on in the middle of the second night and could not be turned off. I don’t know why, so I slept with the light on for the next two nights. Also, I dare not boil water to drink, but the two bottles of water in the room are not refilled.

Had an amazing time here! The room was incredible and the host Raul was very welcoming. We couldn’t believe the prices too for what you get it was a great experience and we will definitely be back!! We didn’t try the breakfast here but we would like to next time.

The room was really spacious and clean. It was also really well-lit which made the room really comfy and welcoming. the security was excellent as well, with the door accessible only to its guests. the receptionist were really nice as well, given us recommendations to eat for traditional czech food.

Stayed here twice and both times ticked all the boxes. Hotel is clean and modern. It is in a good location with pubs/bars close by. A shopping centre really close by with a gaming place inside. Tram stops at the shopping centre as well. Staff are really accommodating and friendly, sorting out beds in rooms and a night out for us.
