I attended the 2022 Global English Education China Assembly. All the facilities for the hotel, dining, and conference were excellent. Beds were very comfortable. I was able to use the pool. Everyone was helpful and efficient. There was easy access to other dining, the Metro, and shopping.

It's a bit worse than the Atour I've stayed at in my memory. The room is small, and the tea seat by the window is cumbersome and takes up space. The TV I was unlucky enough to get can't project the screen. The door handle of the toilet is also loose. Overall, it's quite cramped. of. When I came to Hangzhou for the first time, I accidentally saw this famous hotel. I was attracted by the scenery outside the window and made a decisive decision.
Stayed for three nights and was very satisfied with the overall service and environment.
Arrange a late night snack every night (white fungus soup, mung bean soup, etc.)
Breakfast can be delivered to the room
The room facilities are very complete and equipped with an iron, which is very considerate.
There is a tea mountain outside the window, so you can feel the breath of nature when you wake up in the morning.
The young lady also helped carry the luggage when we left. She was really considerate and thoughtful. I will come again next time if I have a chance!

Perfect stay! Great hotel for driving, good location, parking! 20 minutes walk to the West Lake Broken Bridge near the snow! The name feels a bit weak, and it is not well promoted. It is in a state that people don't know! Before looking at Tujia to see Trip.com, I looked at the praise rating, and the high scores I chose were not good! The strange thing is that this lotus hotel is only a little more than 3 points. It is really wronged. The whole hotel is low-key luxury. The materials are exquisite and exquisite. I like it very much. I think the price of my conscience is the first choice for this hotel in Hangzhou in the future.

The hotel is in an excellent location near the West Lake, suitable for travel and business trips. The front desk service attitude is very good, the room type is upgraded for free, and automatic late check-out is provided when leaving the hotel. Although there was a small episode during check-in, I am still very satisfied with the hotel's service awareness. I will stay here again next time I am on a business trip. The best choice to stay at Hampton by Hilton, with excellent value for money

The view from room 6 is worth having, it makes you want to lie in bed and stare blankly.
Facilities: Although it has been five years, the decoration of Park Hyatt must not be outdated until now. It is full of luxury and high-end feeling in a low-key manner, full of details, not the kind of exaggeration, but modern ➕ culture ➕ advanced comfort. 95 points in the gym! I can rarely hit 90+, his equipment is full of sincerity! And it's good enough for professional use.

Trendy bar: OK... this is a must-see, the rare city skyline ➕ coquettish 🌊 bar atmosphere without losing style. Staying in the hotel at night must be hilarious. The two glasses of wine that you get when you stay are also optional on the menu, not just a special blend. The DJ is very powerful all night ~ there is an illusion of a rooftop party in Bangkok.

Our experience with this hotel was amazing! The room was modern, spatious and always clean. We were provided new toiletry items every single day. The staff was competent, kind and always available. Furthermore, they provide additional services free of charge, such as laundry. The location is also good, since it's very close to a subway station, so you'll get to your favorite spots in Hangzhou in no time. Honestly, everything about this hotel was perfect, I highly recommend it!

The homestay really likes it very much. There is a parking lot at the door. There is a housekeeper to help with luggage in the parking lot. The service is really warm. We set a standard room this time and upgraded the room type for us. There is also the farmhouse food in the homestay. It is really super delicious. It is highly recommended to try it. I want to write a review on my own initiative. When I first saw the pictures of this hotel, I felt it was very ordinary. This has something to do with its decoration style. It is not very photogenic. After staying here, it is unexpectedly good. I like the hotel's business philosophy very much. You can feel the service and willingness throughout the whole process. The service is good. There are 4 kinds of free coffee, snack gift packs, and drink packs. A refrigerator, mineral water, calcium milk, and Jianlibao are provided, all free of charge, and each room provides a lot. There are also face towels and bathing supplies from Herborist. The items for guests are all good and not perfunctory. The lobby on the first floor, the gym, the laundry room, the leisure area, and the self-service supplies are available. It feels really good. Late night snacks are also provided.
The hotel is near the subway, the ancient street area, and it is convenient for eating and entertainment.
The service is particularly good, the room is clean and sanitary, and the bedding is good. It is very comfortable. The only thing is that the garbage truck on the street is a bit noisy in the early morning. It really feels like home.
Recommended to stay.

The.staff here, despite not speaking ANY English were EXCELLENT. They were so helpful, and genuinely tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible.The girl and boy who checked me in did a great job. Room was clean and spacious. Good shower, with plenty of hot water. Bed large and comfortable. AC did leak water into the room a couple of times, do hope that will be fixed. When checking out presented with a snack and small soft toy, a very thoughtful gesture. Would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserLovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand.
I would say some things for improvement are as follows:
Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here.
Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left!
Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated.
The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better).
The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on
携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better.
The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels.

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget.
Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment.
The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious!
Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration!
After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice.
To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel:
1. Attentive and caring service
2. Nature and beautiful surroundings
3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages.
4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation
5. Amazing tea
Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

WWangThe staff are very friendly and very helpful. Very patient and polite we we felt very well taken care of. Even the security guard are very helpful. They give us supper vouchers when we are hungry at 10 pm. Very attentive to every single request or comments we make.

The only thing I hope they can improve is the ceiling can be taller in the room and the toilet can be a bit more quiet. But everything else is good.

The price during the Spring Festival is really a good deal. I saw the room and placed an order decisively. MMukulDear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks

We were looking forward to our stay but poor and dishonest communication and service unfortunately ruined it. It started at arrival, where they had told us there would be someone to help us carry our bags up the 10-minute long steep incline to the accommodation, but there was nobody. The manager, who met us to guide us, did not help us herself until we literally had to stop from exhaustion.
Most importantly, when we arrived we were taken to a different room than we had originally booked. The hotel manager kept insisting this was an upgrade, but the room did not have most of the amenities we paid for. It also had a foul odor.
When we checked the price of the room she was trying to give us as an “upgrade”, it was 500 RMB/night less than our original room. They had offered us no money off at all. When we showed the manager this, she made excuses, saying the price depends on the “family” and is automatically “adjusted” which is was obviously a lie.
Finally, after much arguing, we were moved into our original room. We requested an extra pillow and a blanket multiple times. She only gave us a flat sheet, saying we could use the pillow and blanket from the bed.
On our second night, we confirmed in advance that we wanted non-spicy to low spicy food. It came extemely spicy, covered in chillies and chilli oil. The manager blamed the ayi. The food was delicious but unfortunately I could barely eat it because it was just too spicy.
When leaving, the manager was trying to rush us out because the taxi we had requested came early. She said no goodbye to us, told us to hurry and “go, go, go”. Later she sent us a goodbye message on wechat.
The location and the infrastructure of the hotel are beautiful. It is a great place to relax and reflect. The old ladies working there were friendly and lovely. However, the manager was patently trying to take advantage of us, and not listening to us or communicating honestly or clearly.
We wanted to come back to this hotel with our friends, but we will look for another hotel in Qiandao that will not try to take advantage of us.
