The hotel environment is stunning, perfect for taking photos right on site! The service attitude was excellent; they offered proactive pick-up and drop-off, and even gave us a beautiful souvenir. The complimentary afternoon tea was incredibly exquisite! The à la carte breakfast was delicious! From the moment we arrived, we were constantly impressed. Staying here filled us with such a sense of happiness. We'll definitely come back to this hotel next time we visit Hangzhou! 🥰

This amazing B&B, run by a charming young man, is tucked away in the Siyanjing alley. It felt like staying in Monet's Garden! The breakfast quality was excellent, and they can add a sofa bed for kids. The facilities are great, with a complete set of toiletries, and they even prepared a thoughtful travel kit. Highly recommend!

An impeccable, small yet beautiful hotel! Location: Situated on Hupao Road, Manjuelong, it's very convenient. You can walk to Prince Bay Park, and there are several beautiful and delicious cafes and restaurants nearby. Hygiene: Undoubtedly clean. The bedding felt very reassuring, and they thoughtfully provided disposable toilet seat covers, Deou facial towels, and travel essentials like tissues, wet wipes, and masks, which were all very convenient. Service: The biggest highlight was the service. Every detail was considered for the guests, making it incredibly thoughtful. At first, I thought it was just another 'influencer' hotel, but I truly felt at home, and my family members praised it repeatedly. The hotel staff were all meticulous and knew how to maintain appropriate boundaries, which was a big plus! The complimentary fruits and snacks were also excellent – every item was fresh and delicious. The hotel even organized information on nearby attractions and dining options, which was incredibly useful. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm near West Lake. ❤️

I recently stayed at Wplus Guesthouse in Hangzhou for two nights, and my experience was absolutely fantastic. I just have to share it! First, the location is perfect – it's tucked away in a quiet spot but still close to attractions like Hupao Spring and Prince Bay Park. To make getting around easier, they even offer complimentary car service to guests. My room was upgraded to a suite for free, which was incredibly spacious. The decor felt very high-end, and all the amenities were top-notch. The toiletries and bedding were both high-quality, and I slept wonderfully. The service, though, was the real standout! A huge thank you to the two male hosts and the lovely female server; they were all so kind and friendly, always ready to help, and made me feel genuinely welcome. Upon arrival, I received a thoughtful welcome gift with a variety of items. They also provided welcome fruit, drinks, and afternoon tea on the same day, and around 8 PM, there were evening desserts. The most delightful surprise was the evening 'tea around the stove' event on the terrace, with a great selection of snacks – the atmosphere was truly special. The breakfast was also plentiful and exquisite. The guesthouse even offers free laundry service, which is incredibly thoughtful and a huge bonus. And to top it all off, I received a beautiful farewell gift when checking out, another unexpected pleasant surprise. All in all, from the facilities, cleanliness, and service to all the complimentary experiences and gifts, my stay was incredibly satisfying. It truly reflects the owners' meticulous attention to detail and their commitment to high-quality service. I will definitely choose Wplus again on my next trip to Hangzhou and highly recommend it to everyone!

Our stay at W Plus Hotel was excellent. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making travel and access to nearby amenities ideal. The room itself had a great atmosphere, with a comfortable and relaxing design, and it was well-equipped. They even thought of little details like hand warmers and shoe-shining cloths, which showed a lot of care and thoughtfulness. The butler service was particularly commendable – very attentive and meticulous. We arrived at 11 PM, and the main road leading to the hotel was under construction, so the butler actually came out to meet us, which made us feel incredibly safe and welcome. The complimentary nightly sweet soup was also delicious and a lovely, comforting surprise after a long day. My only minor suggestion would be for the room lighting to be a bit brighter; that would make it even more perfect. Overall, it was a comfortable and warm experience, and I would definitely be willing to stay here again.
