We were welcomed with a smile and fruit in our room. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was big and clean. The bathroom had a shower, bathtub and two sinks. Excellent location in the heart of Xixi wetland with restaurants, coffee shops, boat rides, etc nearby.

The layout of the hotel is very clean and elegant. The geographical location is very convenient, with a free parking lot. The breakfast was very delicious and the handsome young man at the front desk provided excellent and thoughtful service. They helped us upgrade our room for free. We will check in again in the future.

Every employee is extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. They not only made me feel at home, but also met all my needs and exceeded my expectations in service. 位置蠻好的，風景也很好，整體環境讓人很舒服，公區也很大，咖啡廳放的音樂也不錯，很有氛圍，前台效率挺高的，房間很安靜，非常放鬆，在這邊玩累了回來休息也很舒適，早餐也很豐富

衞生：衞生狀況太不匹配這個房價了，應該是沒有掃過地的，真的地上床邊角落到處是頭髮。後悔沒加一點去住喜來登。門口隔牆一台外機也很吵，房間有點黴味，開門通風就能聽到外機的聲音。不會再來。

體驗非常差，絕對的差評，大家避雷這家酒店。
國慶期間定的親子套房，2500+一晚的價格，首先房間內的設施非常非常一般、普通民宿水準，明顯國慶價格虛高了好幾倍，這也就算了、國慶勉強理解吧，但是！整個房間就連基礎設施和基礎體驗都保障不了，具體包括：
1. 衞生間馬桶沖水後，水上不來，蓄不上水，上個廁所都要添堵；
2. 房間內空調完全無效，開16度依然毫無作用，十月份的天氣室外清爽涼快、室內28、29又悶又熱，晚上別睡了真的；
3. 衞生間淋浴間的位置下水道反味反臭，惡臭難忍，洗澡都犯惡心；
4. 衞生間的反鎖是個壞的，上廁所洗澡想鎖個門都不行
2500+一晚的價格啊，差，實在是太差了，真的倒了大黴了，避雷這家店

設施：設施可能有段時間了，但是整體感覺很舒適，有個院子可以看看書，拍拍漢服寫真。
衞生：衞生狀況良好。
環境：有一段車到不了的路，很安靜，酒店小酒館出去左邊是免費景區，隨意逛，右邊50m是收費景區，太方便了。除了林子裏有蚊子沒別的缺點。
服務：前台小哥哥非常好，入住的時候找不到地方，安排來接。中午退房的時候考慮帶着娃走到北門又遠又熱小遲哥哥又開車送我們。

位置：地理位置在西溪裏面 算是半個小公園 打車很費勁 有要求不能説標牌車進入 在晚6點之前
服務：到了指定的氦氣球 有客服帶進去 要不真的找不到
住宿：有個大浴缸 湖景房 能看到西溪湖景 還不錯
