Location strategic, in the middle of Mallaca city. The main point i’ve booked this Hotel because of location. Nearby with all tourist attraction 👍🏻, just next to MMC (Mahkota Medical centre), Mall,KBox, and eatries shop. All basic amenities provided 👍🏻 including iron+board and hair dryer👍🏻. All function well. Only my opinion, may be the floor mat need some refurbish, change to vinyl may be. The sink also need mantainance, the water take slow so long to drain and next time management please provided extra dustbin 🫠.. ohh, one more thing. Car parking provided for guest yea but we have to do payment Rm5/day and level sharing with other guest too 🙂 . overall, all just ok.

Hotel is conveniently located to private coach terminus and shopping and dining facilities are close by. Heritage area also 15mins walk away. Highly recommended!

The parking fee is rm5 per 24 hours if you validate your card with the counter staff. However, the counter staff overlook the correct time to validate, and our parking hour is less than 24 hours... Except for the parking issue, the rest are all good. Recommended to others

Spacious room and strategic location. Nice view from the room. For breakfast, wise, just ordinary nothing much special.

This is a fantastic hotel. Our room were very comfortable. Enjoyable. The bed was large and very comfortable. Good facilities. Highly recommended hotel.

Nearby to malls. Rooms is spacious with great views. Very strategically located at the town area. Good place to stay for family.

The aircon for premium suite is not working well. The management manager to change to another level same room and able to compensate my checking abit later.

Very convenient.Near to a lot amenities...many eating outlets,malls, places of interest.will be coming again with families for vacation

Mine just short staycation to celebrate new year 2025. all the things is good to hv here. just coincidentally hv event infront of the dataran pahlawan & entirely enjoy the grand of fireworks there. very2 amaze!

This hotel very disappointed because toilet not clean and the room no clean

Located at short walk from Bukit Melaka historical sites and museums. Big pool and fitness center. Comfortable bed and spacious room. The breakfast buffet is amazing.

Good location , walking distance to all the attractions and our family of 5 had fun staying there 4 days 3 nights. I am abit worries about food and cleaniness but so far no issues for us because we likes the traditional fried rice and Nasi Lamak options also bread corner. .Due to Christmas season, there are many visitors and overcrowed but staff are trying their best to attend the needs. Swimming pool was fun too , its all 4 feets and most of the 10 years old kids can jump in easily. All Grab driver and food deliver are happy because Hatten hotel got easy pick up and free way to drive in . We also try in room dining and the Nyonya restaurant opposite of the hotel was cheap , tasty and long que. For the feedback, funiture and cushion looks already old .Best day are Friday, Sat and Sunday We will definitely go there again.thank you

It’s an old hotel. The breakfast is alright. The pool is okay also. But the room aircond bit long to make the room cold and the room got bit of a smell. Not a pleasant smell
