Best location around Melaka town. Walking distance to jonker street and heritage walk. Hotel room very big and spacious. Swimming pool and gym very clean and neat. Breakfast fantastic. Staff very helpful and ready to help. Next to the lobby ,there 7 eleven and cafe that is cheap and good food. Will be back again.

All furnitures are stained. Bathroom are mouldy. Table top are dusty. No proper housecleaning.Worst experience.

A very old hotel but the room is spacious. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast variety can be improved. A decent hotel with affordable price.

Really great hotel to stay in. Perfect location and great view from the hotel! Rlly spacious and there's somehow even 2 televisions in the room 😱 Love it and will probably stay here again!

Hotel may seems a little old but spacious. Lounge food were decent. Overall not bad. Was supposed to get late check out at 1pm but staff called the room to asked us to vacant at 12pm. Which caused a little unhappiness towards the end of the stay.

Stay was awesome from check in to check out. Great breakfast with huge variety. Room was spacious and comfortable. Only downside was the ceiling above the toilet bowl started leaking water during late night and it caused some inconveniences. But overall pleasant stay and will recommend! Convenient access to the malls nearby and main attractions

Hotel was comfortable and within walking distance to jonker street and various shopping malls. However, it seems abit old and require some maintainence. The toggle between the shower head and rainfall shower was broken and the basin was slightly cracked. Breakfast was not bad but quite crowded. Replenishment of food was quite fast.

I booked for 2 rooms 1. After check in, we will told the 2 rooms keys need to collect it at level 12, Premier Lounge. Collected our 1st room at about 4:30pm and 2 room at about 5:30pm. 2. Requested 2 rooms side by side but not fulfilled instead our 2 rooms were separated far away.

Hotel is in good location next to malls with eateries nearby. Jonkercstreet within walking distance. Easy to get Grab to travel further. Hotel was fairly maintained, for an older hotel. Waiting for lift can take some time, especially during morning breakfast hours. We got two rooms side by side with the bed types requested. Wifi access can be problematic when all guests back in room, other time slots wifi was good. Will book again if prices are good.

The one thing that I love about the hotel is the location. Very close to the malls and tourist areas. However, other than that, it was not a pleasant stay. The check in process need to be improved. Had to wait for very long. The service is mediocre. On the other hand, the room is pretty spacious and quite nice. Another nightmare that we faced was, the hotel was too overcrowded. We always had to fight a spot in the elevator. And not all elevators are working. The breakfast is also very mediocre. Not much variety. After the third day, we got bored of eating the same thing.

Really rubbish hotel !!! Extremely smelly!!! Bad service cos can’t change room !!! If you want to change room you have to pay more than hundreds !!!! The manager said every single bedrooms always smelly !!! What bad answer , not responsible !!!! No more next time to this hotel !!! Everyone just out this hotel blacklist !!!! 又臭又不负责任又烂服务又恶心设施烂!! 避雷!!

Location best. Parking is bit easy to access, need to change lift at lobby. The link bridge to Pahlawan is far and no light.

Room was bigger than I thought, very clean as well. Hotel’s a little old but still maintained on decent standards except for the bed - not comfortable at all and it was too hard. My dad’s bed sunk completely and almost collapsed when he first sat down as there was no bed leg support. Told the hotel staff and they just used a toilet roll to buttress the bed. Perhaps the management could look into changing all the beds and the frames before an accident happen! If not, everything’s good!
