It was so amazing experience to stay this hotel. I am very lucky that I found and chose this one. Room, service, food, view, atmosphere more than 5 stars.
Especially want to say big thanks to Frankie from this hotel for helping with every case.
The great side of hotel is that they have free cars to the Avatar mountains (Zhangjije Notional Park).

We had an excellent stay. The national park was just a given minutes drive away, and the staff at the hotel offered to drop us off and pick us up during our journey to and from the park. The location of the hotel is great if you are after a secluded peaceful place to stay with beautiful views.
Possibly the best service I've had at a hotel, and it was a pleasure to stay there.

A beautiful hotel located on the mountain with breathtaking view. The service was extraordinary: pick-up/drop-off to all locations, assistance to all our needs. The food was all freshly prepared for us and so delicious! There is a heated pool and one can make a tea tasting. The hotel is located very convenient close to the entrance of the national park. Thank you to Rain and Staff for a lovely and relaxing stay.

The location and service made this an outstanding Chinese hotel experience. Frankie was our contact throughout our stay, and I appreciated that he created a Wechat group for us with all the hotel contacts we needed. That made it really easy to ask questions, order from the restaurant, and get dropped/picked up at the park. Frankie spoke easily with us in English and was very friendly and hospitable. It was a short drive to the park and hotel staff would drive us to/from the park on our own schedule. The food was very nice as well. We loved the views and the heated pool. Overall, a lovely stay.

Spectacular!! The views can’t be better, the rooms are impressive with a very cool rustic decoration. The installations, with the warm pool with valley view was a big plus. The service was very very good. They helped us with the trip arrangements, picking us up and dropping from the park main gate for free. Can’t ask for more. Will definitively recommend it.

Beautifully located in a side valley, a lot of nature and a lot to see. Very friendly staff, that also helps to arrange trips. Total recommendation!

The stay was amazing! Rain, the manager, was very friendly and helpful, gave us many valuable tips for enjoying the mountains and always very efficient, which made for a great experience! The staff was very nice and efficient as well, the cats and dogs very cute. The room was like the pictures and the view from the pool is beautiful. Highly recommended!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. It is in the perfect location, with easy access to the best sunset we’ve ever seen right from the hotel restaurant, sunset terraces, and infinity pool. The staff are kind, generous, and go above-and-beyond: from the delicious food, to the clean and comfortable rooms, to the help navigating local parks, to daily art activities and tea drinking. Moreover, the parks nearby are stunning; it feels like we are in the middle of paradise. All-in-all, this stay and trip is 100% worth it! ☺️

We really enjoyed our time at No.5. Our concierge was amazing (Rain) he set up meals, access to the park and always had tea and snacks ready whenever we visited reception with queries. Our only issue was the heating is not sufficient in the night in room. Think the heaters in a few rooms are due for replacement, we haven’t been so cold going to bed before! Other than that, a fab view and great staff make this place A+

失望的。This could be a 5-star boutique hotel, but it isn’t yet. The host and staff are helpful and professional, the restaurant food is delicious - the best we ate in Zhang Jia Jie. The room is comfortable and the Instagrammable heated infinity pool is great. But:
1. No heating in the room, only AC.
2. About 10 local relatives were “invited”, much more than actual paying guests. They were loud and everywhere, spoiling the calm and charm of the place. We gave feedback on their behaviour (next point) but the hotel pretended they were paying guests, which was clearly not true and confirmed by the children’s own comments and swimsuits/mess in the restaurant bathroom.
3. Impolite and unhygienic behaviour from “other guests”. E.g. An auntie used her chopsticks to eat directly from the shared breakfast buffet including taking and putting back food(!); coughing on the breakfast buffet; shoes on the sofa and next to our dinner. Nut shells thrown on the floor, along with used tissues.
Overall a promising hotel but at RMB 2200 per night for the best room it felt like an extremely overpriced stay at a local community centre. We gave feedback to reception who clearly weren’t interested. Disappointing, not worth the price.

We had an in-depth discussion, because we felt that your premise experience during your stay was very good. We had a tea party by the fireplace, cut window grilles, and invited you to make dumplings. The process was very happy. And if you like to dine by the fireplace, we also arrange according to your preferences. Regarding the problem you mentioned during the dinner, we are 5 repeat customers who have been to the valley several times, and they are indeed paying guests. It was New Year's Day that night, and we prepared a lot of activities, and the guests gathered together. There are many children, so it has caused some trouble to you. We will pay more attention to the reminder of the public area next time. For room types with floor heating, we will have obvious prompts on the reservation interface, and you can choose the room type according to your needs when booking. Our festivals are very lively, and the valley will prepare a lot of activities. Friends who like quietness suggest that they can travel at off-peak times. Looking forward to your coming to the valley, we will bring you a different experience!

We stayed here for my partners birthday treat. It is a magical forest wonderland. The beauty of the scenery is matched by the beautiful architecture of the Hotel. Frankie was such a big help. He organized our visit to the Avatar Mountains, helped with covid testing and helped to organize a romantic dinner for my partners birthday. The rooms are fantastic and equipped with everything you'll need (may have a few bugs, but hey! you're out in nature after all)
We will definitely return again

Location- perfect for a remote stay! You feel truly in nature and able to relax. There is one road up so it can sometimes be hard to organise a taxi here but contact the hotel and they will help you easily
Service- rain is extremely helpful and helped us organise transport to and from the national park gate which is very close
Good- excellent chinese food, feels home cooked and delicious, not as oily. Breakfast is great
Pool- stunning infinity pool!
FYI you are in nature so there are bugs in the area
