Ideal location for transportation and to watch around, near to Effiel tower even at walking distance, many restaurants and cafeterias are around, acceptable customer service, clean rooms, but noisy when the window is opened only if the room is located by the main road, though has a good sight. Recommended!

They charged me the city tax for 2 people when it was just me, 1 So i asked them to make a refund and they told me they would do it on the day of my check out And on the day of my check out they told me their boss was not in town or something, and gave me their business card telling me to write them an email So i did TWICE and still havent got any feedback from them It’s been over a week since.. So frustrating

The hotel is very near train and bus stations as it is the center of Gare Montparnasse. The staff is kind and helpful.

The service was overall good but there were no slippers provided the temperature was a bit warm so had to open the windows
