Excellent Stay with Great Comfort and Service I had a wonderful stay at Yunzhi Shang Hotel (Kunming Tongde Plaza Xiaocaiyuan Subway Station Branch) from 12–14 June 2026. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring Kunming. The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The location is another major advantage, with the Xiaocaiyuan Metro Station nearby, making it convenient to travel around the city. There are also plenty of shops and eateries in the surrounding area, adding to the overall convenience. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kunming. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Love the overall ambience of the hotel! The room was look exactly the same as described when we were booking our stay, soundproofing was great as well. Although our room faces directly to the highway but as long as windows are closed, the room remains quiet and peaceful, so it did not disrupt our sleep at all. Huge variety of food options for breakfast and they also have a dedicated utility area where we can wash and dry our clothes during our stay!

This is my top pick when traveling to Kunming. It's super close to Cuihu Lake, so you don't have to travel far; you can just pop over to the lake anytime for a leisurely stroll and to enjoy the scenery. The room was clean and odor-free, and the soundproofing was good. The transportation around here is convenient, and there are tons of great food options. The service was attentive and thoughtful. Staying here made exploring Cuihu Lake and its surroundings easy and comfortable.

The hotel room itself was great, but the TV kept buffering when trying to watch the news. The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly responsive and helpful – kudos to them! This was the third hotel I'd switched to during my short six-day stay in Kunming. I specifically told the front desk that I hadn't been able to get a good night's sleep in the previous hotels and needed a quiet room. They assigned me an executive room on the 6th floor, tucked away in the very back! Yay! However, there was still constant banging and clattering from downstairs. Luckily, being on the top floor and in the corner, I finally managed to get some decent sleep, which was my main goal. I just can't understand why people staying in hotels in Kunming seem to love making so much noise! I've traveled to major cities all over China and have never encountered anything like this. It's the most annoying experience I've had nationwide!!!

For players who really want to play games seriously, this is ”physical plug-in”. It solves all the pain points of noisy environments, uneven equipment, and maybe insufficient hardware at home, and inconvenient gathering of teammates. The price is more cost-effective than going to a high-end Internet cafe, and the experience is a comprehensive upgrade. Whether it is a friend who opens the black, the team training, or if you want to come to an immersive experience, this is the best choice. I have made an appointment with my teammates to fight again next time!

The hotel is brand new; the front desk staff mentioned it was just renovated this year. The rooms are very spacious and feature a modern, business-chic design. The bedding is also excellent; you can tell the owner pays great attention to detail. Considering its central location (within the First Ring Road), the amenities offered here provide excellent value. They even sell flower cakes in the lobby, and I bought a few boxes to take home for my family to enjoy.

This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Kunming's Jiaochang Middle Road to see the jacarandas. You just turn right when you leave the hotel and you're on the Jacaranda Avenue – it's incredibly convenient! The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, and the front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, provided amazing service. She greeted me with a smile, helped with my luggage, and even recommended a fantastic hotpot restaurant nearby, which truly was delicious. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was also very good; the rice noodles made by the breakfast auntie were even better than those I've had outside. The hotel room was very clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was very practical. Plus, there's a 'Xiao V' voice control system – you can control the TV and air conditioning just by speaking, without lifting a finger. I also really appreciated the free parking; for those of us traveling by car, finding parking can often be a nightmare. Staying at this hotel to see the jacarandas was definitely the right decision. The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff are all smiling and attentive, and you get to see the jacarandas – truly a worthwhile trip!

During the stay, the room facilities and equipment were very complete. The room was intelligently controlled by voice. The room was on the 17th floor. The light was very good and the air was fresh! The girl at the front desk is very helpful. When I make a reservation, I will call and inform the hotel route and parking lot in advance. In the afternoon we also went to Haigeng Dam to see seagulls. It only takes 30 minutes by taxi! The sound insulation effect is very good, the room is warm-colored, and a buffet breakfast is provided. The breakfast variety is quite complete. The price of more than 100 yuan is very cost-effective! The room is very large, with a separate sofa and large floor-to-ceiling windows, making it very comfortable to stay in! I will come here next time, and I will praise the value for money and the hygienic details. I hope the store will do better and better. Friends who come to Kunming, close your eyes and praise it! By the way, the room is equipped with a separate desk, which is perfect for working!
