My whole family came to Yunnan for the Chinese New Year and I chose this hotel in Kunming. The air conditioner was broken at night and they moved me to another room. At 11:32 in the middle of the night, I dragged my luggage and changed rooms without any help from the staff. Then the bathroom towels were too dirty.
