The hotel's location is super convenient, not far from Kunming Old Street, Cuihu Park, the commercial center, and even a local market. The hotel itself has a lovely retro and artistic design. I stayed for five days, and an auntie came to clean the room every single day. The hotel breakfast is also great, especially the freshly made rice noodles which are delicious (they come with three kinds of meat sauce, tofu pudding, and 'xi dou fen' - a local pea jelly, plus various condiments). There are also stir-fries, fried rice, soy milk, fried dough sticks, congee, and a selection of fruits and pastries. The biggest plus for this hotel is its excellent soundproofing; I slept soundly every night. For travelers, getting a good night's sleep is key to enjoying your trip, and Gongguan Hotel does this perfectly! 👍👍👍

The overall room price is still very high, the health is great, because it is a business trip alone, the hotel is the smallest room type, no windows and balcony, compared to other room types feel safe to travel alone women are still very friendly. The facilities near the hotel are very good, it is very convenient to go anywhere, there is a large vegetable market on the side, a paradise for food. But to be honest, the soundproofing of the hotel room is not very good, the corridor staff can hear it in the past, and it is not very friendly to people who ask for quiet early sleep. The room is intelligently controlled, but the network is not stable. The self-service laundry service place is a bit messy, it is recommended to partition the guest area.

The hotel hallways are nice and quiet, with stylish dark gray mountain-patterned carpets that feel very premium. The elevators are also quick to respond. The hotel is located on the 12th floor of Building 2, and you can see the sign right as you exit the elevator. Once inside the room, the lighting is well-designed, and there are charging ports on both sides of the bed. The slippers are thick and soft. Overall, the experience was excellent.

Nanhe Family B&B: I'm giving this a solid thumbs-up! The location is absolutely fantastic; super convenient for getting around. Whether you're heading downtown for shopping or off to a tourist spot, it's quick by taxi or subway. What really surprised me was the abundance of amazing food nearby. Any Jianzhui Caoya Rice Noodle shop in the vicinity tastes authentic, so you never have to worry about what to eat – saved me a ton of planning! The B&B itself is very clean and tidy; you feel it the moment you walk in, and the bedding is super comfortable. The decor is stylish and cozy, and the facilities are all there. The host's service was excellent, making check-in and check-out very smooth. They responded to my questions promptly, which was really thoughtful. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'll definitely consider staying here every time I come to Kunming.

Absolutely amazing; 5 stars all the way! 👍 Staff were extremely attentive, helpful, and very friendly. Having access to free, self-serve, laundry services was a huge unexpected bonus. The hotel is within easy walking distance to many restaurant options, KTV, as well as fruit stands and a Walmart. Public transportation was also within easy reach; Kunming Changshui airport is a very smooth 40-50mins away, outside of peak traffic. Room was quiet, very comfortable, and kept to an excellent standard. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast option (there were so many other alternatives nearby), but I did take a peek at the many buffet options; I would definitely add the breakfast option if I were pushed for time in the mornings. I simply could not have asked for a better home away from home! I was so impressed with my stay, I booked the same hotel chain for my next stop in China.

The breakfast was great, the service was nothing to say, the room was very new and clean, only two were: 1. When I entered the room, I smelled a little smoke. I told the front desk that I was dealt with later. It was really much better, but it came out a little taste after a few hours. 2. The washing machine is not allowed from 9:00 pm to 10:00 am. This is very inhumane and I feel that I have basically no chance to wash my clothes. I think it's great to have the rest of those two points.

The hotel is clean, hygienic, and comfortable. It's very close to the cancer hospital, making it convenient for getting around. The hotel has an elevator, the rooms are reasonably priced, and the service is very warm and welcoming. Recommended.
