Staff is very friendly. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. When I wasn't feeling well, they advised me on seeing a doctor and even checked on my condition the next day to see if I was improving; they were always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. the location is best you can find any food all night.

The hotel was very thoughtful and upgraded us to a room with a larger bed when they saw we had a child. The room was spacious and clean, with standard decor for an international chain. The Serta mattress was a nice touch. They also have 24-hour self-service laundry and a branded gym. It's a great place for kids indoors: the hotel connects directly to the huge Hailes World mall, so you don't need to go outside on rainy or super sunny days. The mall has arcades, kids' play areas, and restaurants, so you can eat, stay, and play all without leaving the complex. We had a comfortable stay, and they even gave our child a bunch of small gifts at checkout, which made them super happy!

The room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation. The basic facilities were all there, and the electrical appliances and shower worked perfectly. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk service was warm, thoughtful, and very responsive. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. Highly recommended!

The hotel environment is great, fully smart. It's also convenient to order takeout, and there are restaurants downstairs. The price isn't expensive, highly recommended. Check-out was also easy, and the front desk staff provided excellent service, even helping us get into the hotel when it was raining.

Facilities: Brand new and complete, no smell. The hotel's underground parking lot is large and very clean. There are not many cars parked at the moment, so you can come and go with confidence. Hygiene: clean, tidy and bright. Environment: The room is very large, much larger than the Nanping Pedestrian Street store. Downstairs is the business district, with convenient transportation and plenty of food and entertainment. Service: warm, thoughtful and considerate. Overall, it's an excellent stay experience! ! !

Honestly, this hotel's rating is definitely underestimated. It's a traditional, established five-star hotel. We got a free room upgrade, and the room was very spacious. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are all high-quality. The hotel also has a large parking lot and lobby, and the breakfast area is huge with a wide variety of options. I've stayed at Century Golden Resources in Chongqing, which is a renowned hotel there. I'm not sure why it seems to be perceived as lesser in Kunming; it's severely underrated. They offer free umbrella rentals, and there's a huge shopping mall nearby, making everything very convenient. The best part is that the prices didn't even go up during the May Day holiday, which is incredibly fair. The only drawback is that they are currently undergoing renovations, so it's a bit noisy during the day. However, we were out exploring during the day, so we mostly avoided the noise. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Very close to Haile World and charging piles are very convenient! The log style design is very textured, the room is well lit, clean and odorless, the bedding is skin-friendly, and I don't want to get up when I lie down. It is convenient to eat, drink and play around, and travel is convenient. The details are super intimate, there are free tea bags, intimate supper, the service is not deliberate but very warm. The overall experience is full, recommended to all friends who come to travel!

I found it's location to be perfect for my purpose for exploring Kunming Guandu region. There is a subway station within 12-15 mins walk (a little bit far) but it's just a few stops from Kunming Railway station. The room is spacious and the room rate is quite reasonable, and the staff are helpful,... I ended up extending my stays several times! . The scale of the weekend street market within 3 mins walk was amazing in both size and the variety of goods and the local crowds. There is also a very popular night foodstreet beside the DaduMotian Plaza, within 5 mins walk. I ate there quite a few times during my stay. The shops in the DaduMotian Plaza is unfortunately more than half empty... apparently business had not been good in recent years... But, there are still Starbucks, Chagee, Huawei, etc and a cinema operating, although the layout of the Plaza make it difficult to locate them: They could do much better with better signages. If I have to give any suggestions for improvement: I would recommend (1) replacing the hand soap bottle as its spring doesn't work properly, making it very inconvenient to use every time! Twice, I requested the bottle to be replaced, finally I gave up, as they are all the same... so my conclusion it the bottle design or manufacturing is functionally defective! (2) providing a separate dim night lighting. The toilet lights are too bright to be left on as night light.

Meticulously maintained bonsai trees, combined with vibrant tropical plants, immediately shut out the city's hustle and bustle, making you feel instantly relaxed and utterly refreshed. The outdoor hot spring boasts a unique and thoughtful design, offering excellent privacy with rocks and winding vines that create an immersive, natural oxygen bar – a truly fantastic experience. The indoor natural wood-style private bath was an even bigger surprise; the subtle woody fragrance was wonderfully calming. The bathing area was spacious and spotlessly clean. Soaking comfortably while listening to the sounds of nature from the outdoor woods was incredibly stress-relieving. What deserves the highest praise is the meticulous and attentive butler-style service. The staff proactively helped with luggage, thought of everything, and even thoughtfully prepared breakfast for our outing in advance. Every big and small detail was taken care of flawlessly. The toiletries and towels in the room were neatly arranged and well-stocked. The excellent hardware, overall quality, and warm service were all top-notch, making for a perfect experience. We genuinely didn't want to leave after arriving. A huge thank you to the staff for their thoughtful care; we'll definitely bring family and friends back next time!

The service of this Orange Hotel is great. The front desk is very enthusiastic and polite. They will help you take your luggage to the room. If you need items later, such as children's toothbrushes and slippers, they will also provide services to deliver them to the room. When you order takeout, a cute robot will deliver it to the room. When you leave the hotel, you will also receive a small pendant for your children. The children are very happy and like it very much. There is free parking with plenty of parking spaces. The breakfast is rich, and the rice noodles taste great. The room exceeded expectations and is good value for money.
