The hotel breakfast was absolutely delicious and well-balanced – I couldn't bear to waste a single grain of rice! The chef even shared stories behind their dishes, and knowing the origin of the food made it taste even better. If I had a specific fitness meal in mind, the chef would find a way to accommodate it. The accommodation was great too. All the hotel staff are working together to improve the hotel, and the atmosphere and vibe are just wonderful. You can't tell all this just by looking at the hotel from the outside, but once you check in, you'll understand what it feels like to truly feel at home. Looking forward to my next stay!

The location, service, common areas, and atmosphere were all excellent. Every morning, I couldn't resist getting coffee downstairs at the restaurant, and from evening until midnight, I found myself going through bottle after bottle of beer. Next time I'm in Kunming, I'm definitely staying here again.

The location is super convenient, really close to all the snack streets. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast quality was excellent! 👍 The service was also great, very patient and thoughtful. 👍 And the late-night congee service was a unique touch, and tasted really good! 👍

The common areas here are exceptionally well-maintained! The self-service laundry room is thoughtfully designed, equipped with washing machines, a sink, hangers, and laundry detergent. It operates on a fixed schedule, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and perfectly meets everyday laundry needs. The lounge area has a simple yet artistic decor, with clever arrangements of paintings and ornaments. The sofas are soft and relaxing, making it a comfortable spot to wait or take a short break. The hygiene is impeccable; everything is clean and fresh. The overall living atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended!

This hotel is a bit old-fashioned, but they were very accommodating to our group of seniors. We had a lot of requests, and they always responded kindly. The front desk staff, both young men and women, were very friendly and patient with us older folks. The bellhop who helped with our packages and the security guard at the entrance were also very friendly. I suggest providing two room cards for each room directly, or at least asking guests beforehand if they need two. It's quite inconvenient when you only have one and need to go out. The hotel breakfast was varied each day, which we really enjoyed. You can also request extra bottled water and toiletries. Although the hotel doesn't have a laundry room, they do provide laundry detergent, which is a nice touch and very thoughtful for travelers. The location is excellent. Parking right in front of the hotel entrance isn't easy, but there's a parking lot behind the hotel. On rainy days, the floor in the lobby entrance can be a bit slippery, and combined with the small steps and a round pipe crossing in front of them, it's very, very, very important for elderly guests with mobility issues to be careful. I hope they can find a way to improve this.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Service and Excellent Location I had a wonderful stay at Crystal Orange Hotel in Kunming. I arrived quite late at around 6:30 pm, and my booked room wasn't ready yet The staff handled the situation very professionally. They offered me a larger room without a bathtub, but since I preferred the room I had booked, they kindly let me rest in the larger room for about 45 minutes while they prepared my preferred room. I really appreciated their flexibility and thoughtful service. Once my room was ready, it was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I wanted. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is just next to Shuncheng Mosque, with plenty of halal restaurants and food options within walking distance. It was incredibly convenient, especially for Muslim travellers. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Their excellent customer service and fantastic location made a great impression, and I would happily stay here again.

Highly recommend! Manager Jiahe is truly the most beautiful highlight of this hotel! My stay was absolutely perfect, and I have to give a special shout-out to Manager Jiahe. Not only is he incredibly professional, but his smile is also so charming and heartwarming, instantly making me feel excited from the moment I stepped into the hotel. Throughout my stay, Jiahe provided incredibly thoughtful and personalized service, attending to every detail with gentle care. For me, luxurious amenities can be found anywhere, but Jiahe himself is the hotel's finest 'feature' and the most captivating sight in all of Yinchuan. Because of Jiahe, this will always be my only choice whenever I visit Yinchuan again!

Pet-Friendly Bonus: You can bring your dog! The pet cleaning fee is a flat 30 yuan per pet, charged only once regardless of how many nights you stay. The pricing is transparent and reasonable, making it super friendly for those traveling with pets. 3. Calming Decor & Ambiance: Featuring a New Chinese Zen-inspired national style design, the courtyard is elegant and tranquil. It's an oasis of calm amidst the bustling city. The overall atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and uplifting, perfect for taking photos. 4. Top-Notch Service & Facilities: The front desk proactively upgraded our room for free, which came with an extra small storage bed – super practical for organizing our belongings. The soundproofing in the room is excellent, ensuring a very quiet night's sleep with no disturbances. The shower in the bathroom has great water pressure and a stable supply of hot water, making for a very comfortable showering experience.

Our stay with the kids was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, and odorless, and the bedding was super soft. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive to the little ones. The hotel environment felt safe and quiet, with easy access to nearby attractions and excellent facilities. They even provided kid-friendly toiletries! Breakfast had a great variety of options suitable for children's tastes. The laundry room was spotless and convenient, and we could even check its real-time status on the in-room TV. Overall, it offered great value for money, making it our top choice for family trips. We'll definitely be back for our next family getaway.

The amenities are comprehensive, with laundry and ironing facilities available. The robot food delivery was a fun touch. Both the elderly and children enjoyed their stay immensely. Definitely worth a return visit.
