Super efficient pick-up service- appreciate the speediness as our flight landed in the wee hours of the morning. Great location being close to the airport for us to rest up. There are multiple dedicated check in porches which provides a private check-in service. Room and bedsheets are clean, with the pillows being super comfortable as a plus! Strongly recommended! :)

Arrived in Kunming on ***** New Year's Eve, and chose this Atour hotel near the airport for a one-night layover. It turned out to be a wonderful surprise! 😍 The room was spacious and clean, and the Atour bedding, as always, was incredibly comfortable (I even use Atour pillows at home! 😁). The hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle service, which made it super convenient and stress-free to pick up our pre-booked rental car at the airport the next morning. They also provide free late-night snacks at the restaurant – a warm bowl of rice noodles immediately soothed away the fatigue of our journey. At midnight, guests flocked downstairs to join the New Year's Eve fireworks display organized by the nearby hotel cluster. With firecrackers and fireworks lighting up the sky, everyone wished each other a Happy New Year – the atmosphere was fantastic! This kind of authentic New Year's spirit is something you can't experience in Shanghai, and it left a lasting impression!

The hotel is 12.6 km from the airport. They offer a shuttle service. The drive to the hotel was through dusty, hilly terrain, and the location is a bit remote. However, the hotel lobby has a pleasant, subtle fragrance, and the service is excellent. They offer breakfast and have an elevator. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. There's also a Tmall Genie. When I checked in, I mentioned needing an airport drop-off, and the front desk called me in advance to confirm. Overall, it's pretty good.

Surroundings: External environment: Take my advice, just order takeout. This place is in the middle of nowhere. It takes half an hour to walk to a livelier residential area, and in between, it's all national highway. Downstairs, you can see planes flying overhead, but it's not noisy in the room; you can't hear them. Facilities: Given the brand, the items aren't bad. The basic rooms have the sink in the room, which I personally don't like. Washing up disturbs others' sleep. It's fine if you're staying alone. I chose this place because it has laundry facilities. If you also need to do laundry, make sure to ask the front desk to put you on the 15th floor. I was exhausted running up and down for laundry. The shower in the room is great; hot water comes out instantly and the water pressure is good. You can't turn the faucet on full blast at the sink, or water splashes all over the room. Service: There's no service. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM and dinner ends at 5:30 PM. I left at 5:30 AM and asked for a boiled egg, but they said breakfast hadn't started yet and dinner had already ended, so no. The robot service is pretty good; it delivers everything, including takeout and lighters. Full marks to the robots. Hygienic: The washing machine is quite clean, and the room is also clean. The hotel is 10-15 minutes from the airport. Shuttles depart every hour, but not on the hour, more like 5:30, 6:30, etc.

Landed at Kunming airport late at night. I was originally planning to stay in a capsule hotel, but I found this place on Trip.com offering free airport pick-up, even late at night. The front desk lady was very patient and guided me to the shuttle, and even upgraded my room for free! I was just looking for a place to crash for one night, but the room turned out to be surprisingly good, with smart features. The breakfast was also excellent. What a fantastic start to my Yunnan trip!

To sum it up: full marks, absolutely full marks! Out of all the places I've stayed, honestly, this is one hotel that truly made me want to leave a genuine review. The owner is incredibly welcoming, and the service is fantastic. Seeing that we had a child with us, they even gave us a free upgrade to a family room. The hotel environment is excellent, and the design of the entrance and courtyard shows great taste. The room facilities are fully smart, clean, and hygienic. It's a truly rare and exceptional hotel. Finally, I have to say again, the owner's service is really outstanding – nine out of ten points definitely go to the owner, hahaha!

Facilities: The hotel is quite new and well-equipped with various amenities, including an air purifier in the room. The cleanliness was also top-notch! Transportation: The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from the airport, but the location is a bit remote, making public transportation inconvenient. However, the hotel offers a convenient airport shuttle service. My only minor complaint is that the wait time for pickup was a bit long, which could be improved.

Must give it a full five-star rating! The stay was incredibly heartwarming, and the overall atmosphere was gentle and comfortable, giving a real sense of returning home. The room amenities are all-inclusive, and the hotel also has an independent gym, so you can work out whenever you want, which is super convenient. The greenery in the park is vibrant and well-maintained, and the lush surroundings put you in a great mood. The lobby lounge offers a variety of complimentary drinks like floral tea, Pu-erh tea, and coffee for self-service. Sitting down for a relaxing cup of tea in your free time is delightful, and every detail exudes warmth. The value for money is outstanding, highly recommended!

Facilities: Very new. Cleanliness: Extremely clean. Pillows and sheets were spotless. Environment: The environment is very new and well-decorated. Service: The front desk service was excellent, and the staff spoke very gently. Highly recommended! It's also very close to the airport and offers 24-hour airport shuttle service.

I chose the airport transfer service, which was very convenient and saved a lot of effort. After arriving at Kunming Airport, I waited at the sign by Gate 8 on the B1 departure level. Shuttles depart at 15 and 45 minutes past the hour, and it takes about 10 minutes to reach the hotel. When checking in, I informed them of my flight time for the next day, and the front desk noted it down for the shuttle to the airport. The room was a comfort type, and it was quite comfortable for a one-night stay. The minibar had a good variety of tea bags, coffee, and other items. However, the faucet for adjusting water temperature in the bathroom wasn't very user-friendly; the water was either too cold or too hot, and I couldn't get it to the ideal temperature. The toilet had an automatic flush, but it was a bit delayed, always flushing unexpectedly. The biggest pleasant surprise was their breakfast. It started serving at 5:30 AM, which is very convenient for passengers with early flights. The variety was excellent for a hotel of this price. Next time I have an early flight, I'll definitely stay here again!
