I had a great rest. There are also good restaurants next to the hotel. The hotel is very clean and well-equipped, offering excellent value for money. Employee #5 provided excellent service, dropping me off at the airport in the morning. The driver also helped with my luggage. We departed on time, and every aspect of my experience was great.

Arrived in Kunming on ***** New Year's Eve, and chose this Atour hotel near the airport for a one-night layover. It turned out to be a wonderful surprise! 😍 The room was spacious and clean, and the Atour bedding, as always, was incredibly comfortable (I even use Atour pillows at home! 😁). The hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle service, which made it super convenient and stress-free to pick up our pre-booked rental car at the airport the next morning. They also provide free late-night snacks at the restaurant – a warm bowl of rice noodles immediately soothed away the fatigue of our journey. At midnight, guests flocked downstairs to join the New Year's Eve fireworks display organized by the nearby hotel cluster. With firecrackers and fireworks lighting up the sky, everyone wished each other a Happy New Year – the atmosphere was fantastic! This kind of authentic New Year's spirit is something you can't experience in Shanghai, and it left a lasting impression!

This hotel is only about a 15-minute drive from the airport, and they offer free pick-up and drop-off service. The front desk even proactively upgraded my room type, which was a thoughtful and detailed touch. The room was spotless with no strange odors at all. It had smart home features throughout and even came with a projector. The best part was that the projector already had a premium membership, which was incredibly considerate – you could watch any show you wanted! Plus, the surrounding scenery is really nice, and it was lovely to take a walk in the evening. There are plenty of snack stalls about 400 meters away, making it super convenient for food and drinks. It's definitely my top choice for a layover or short stay. For early morning flights, the front desk also calls to give you a heads-up, which is another fantastic detail!

I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone with a one-night stay, especially if you have a late-night arrival or an early morning flight. Although there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance, the hotel itself is very comfortable. The rooms are modern, equipped with smart features, and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Breakfast offers a good variety of choices, and the restaurant staff are exceptionally warm and sincere. It was also a nice touch that they offered guests Yunnan’s famous rose biscuits to sample. The hotel is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the airport, making it an excellent choice for transit travelers. My only suggestion is to contact the hotel via WeChat in advance, especially for foreign visitor. Adding us on WeChat in advance before arrival makes communication much easier. We spent over 30 minutes waiting for the airport pickup because our phone calls went unanswered, even though the support line responded quickly once we got through. Overall, despite the pickup delay, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its comfort, excellent service, and convenient airport location.

We checked in around 11 PM, planning to go out for a late-night snack, but to our surprise, the hotel offered complimentary supper! And it was steaming hot 'Guo Qiao Mi Xian' (Crossing the Bridge Noodles), absolutely delicious! What truly amazed me was that for this price point, not only did they offer free supper, but the breakfast was also incredibly rich and varied. The front desk lady had an excellent service attitude and even gave us a small welcome gift upon check-in – those little details really add a lot. The room was very clean, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the shower pressure was great, making for a wonderfully comfortable shower. The bed and duvet were both very soft, ensuring a superb night's sleep; I slept soundly until morning. Most importantly, this price even included free airport shuttle service – the value for money is truly exceptional! If you're traveling here, I highly recommend this hotel. It's comfortable, the service is excellent, and it completely exceeded my expectations. ❤️

But what about the sour plum juice that was supposed to be included in my order? It was never delivered, even by check-out. This was the cheapest hotel we stayed at during our Yunnan trip, and also the one with the absolute best service! First, they offer subway station pick-up and airport transfer services. On the day of check-in, they send a reminder just in case you're unaware of these services. Upon arrival, you're immediately offered a glass of water, and then they thoughtfully help you arrange your airport transfer times. The room itself is fully smart-enabled, which is really impressive. But what touched us the most was that our flight was at 5 AM the next day, and we had scheduled a 4 AM airport drop-off. We came down about ten minutes early, expecting to wait a bit for the driver. To our surprise, even before 4 AM, a young man and a front desk lady were already waiting for us! They even kindly gave us two breakfast boxes to take on the road (we hadn't paid for breakfast). As soon as we stepped out of the hotel, the car was already waiting right at the entrance. The service was so incredible that we actually wondered if we really only paid 100 RMB, haha!

Shuttles depart at 15 and 45 minutes past the hour, and it takes about 10 minutes to reach the hotel. When checking in, I informed them of my flight time for the next day, and the front desk noted it down for the shuttle to the airport. The room was a comfort type, and it was quite comfortable for a one-night stay. The minibar had a good variety of tea bags, coffee, and other items. However, the faucet for adjusting water temperature in the bathroom wasn't very user-friendly; the water was either too cold or too hot, and I couldn't get it to the ideal temperature. The toilet had an automatic flush, but it was a bit delayed, always flushing unexpectedly. The biggest pleasant surprise was their breakfast. It started serving at 5:30 AM, which is very convenient for passengers with early flights. The variety was excellent for a hotel of this price. Next time I have an early flight, I'll definitely stay here again!

Hardware and Facilities: The bathroom features a wet-dry separation, and both the toilet and shower areas are very spacious. The shower had excellent water pressure. The room's amenities are top-notch, and the actual facilities perfectly match the promotional pictures. Soundproofing: I'm always particular about room soundproofing, and the hotel's sound insulation was excellent. Overall, highly recommended!
