The room was quiet, newly renovated, and had no strange odors. The smart features in the room were great, making it suitable for families with children. There's also a public play area for kids on the first floor. Highly recommended!

This time I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Kunming, near Kunming Railway Station. Although it was just a transit hotel on my way to another destination, it had quite a few highlights. First, after communicating with the hotel about a potentially late-night arrival, a staff member added me on WeChat, arranged my room, and even upgraded me to a suite. Second, when I arrived very late at night, a staff member was arranged to meet me at the entrance to help with my luggage. Third, the breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious, comparable to a full-service Hilton hotel, and included local specialties – it was excellent. Fourth, the design of the entire room and public areas was cozy and elegant. Plus, there were plenty of washing machines and dryers in the public laundry room, so there was no need to worry about waiting in line; you could pretty much wash your clothes anytime. After washing, you could leave a note, and the staff would even take them to be dried, so you didn't have to keep an eye on the machines. My kids loved this. Fifth, the hotel is on a higher floor, offering great views, including distant glimpses of Dian Lake. Sixth, after checking out, the hotel thoughtfully gave a small gift to my child, which they adored. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Escaping the summer heat with my family, we chose Ochen Hotel for the last two days of our Kunming vacation, and it was absolutely delightful. Firstly, the location is very convenient, with a variety of mushroom hot pot restaurants and flower pastry shops nearby. Secondly, the hotel's decor is incredibly beautiful, perfect for photos everywhere. The room design is well-thought-out, facilities are excellent and easy to use, and the amenities are carefully selected. Thirdly, the service is impeccable. While I was relaxing by the pool in the evening, enjoying the night breeze, a server proactively brought me a drink. All in all, it's highly recommended. The only minor drawback is the noisy square dancing morning and night next door, but that's not something the hotel can control, so be prepared for it.

The room was really spacious, and I loved that the toilet, shower, and sink were all separate – very convenient. There was even a Tmall Genie smart speaker to control the curtains and TV. Everything was clean and tidy. The location was great too, right above a night market. Because of the night market, there's some traffic control in the evenings, so if you call a taxi, you'll have to walk a short distance to meet it, but it's not too far. The hotel also has a laundry room with washers and dryers. The front desk staff, security, and cleaning crew were all super friendly and always eager to help with any issues. I later found out one of them was the owner – big thanks to her for all her help!

Five out of five stars, this stay was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's environment and hygiene were impeccable; the room was spacious and airy, the bedding soft and pleasant on the skin, and the soundproofing excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and polite, handling check-in and check-out efficiently, and all our requests were promptly and properly addressed. The location is superb, making dining and getting around very convenient. With comprehensive facilities and great value for money, it's perfect for both leisure and business trips. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!

This hotel is incredibly convenient. I chose it for both the first and last stops of my Yunnan trip. The Shuangqiao Night Market is right downstairs, which is super handy, and the Xiaojie Farmers Market is also very close. There are lots of delicious mushroom hotpot restaurants nearby! I especially have to praise their bedding; the pillows are incredibly comfortable. Everyone slept so well. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Kunming again.

This newly opened Hanting 4.0 is definitely a Kunming debut! Freshly renovated, it's completely odor-free. The hygiene details are a godsend for those with obsessive-compulsive tendencies—the bedding is dry, and the bathroom is sparkling clean. The receptionist was sweet-smiling, check-in was quick, and she even thoughtfully provided earplugs. The best part is the location—a five-minute walk to Shuangqiao Night Market, super conveniently accessible via a small alleyway from the hotel's back entrance. After exploring the vibrant night market, coming back and sinking into the zero-pressure mattress—this is the right way to experience a Kunming vacation. The king of value, highly recommended!

The room was cozy, with excellent natural light and ventilation, and very good soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. All appliances and daily necessities were provided. The host was exceptionally helpful, providing travel tips in advance and promptly addressing any needs. They were kind and considerate. The location was superb, with supermarkets, restaurants, and transportation hubs nearby, making it incredibly convenient for dining and sightseeing. The area is well-developed and convenient. Overall, it was comfortable and hassle-free. I've already added it to my favorites and will definitely come back next time!

First off, let me praise the breakfast here – it's genuinely good, even better than what you'd find at a 4-star Atour in the Central Plains region, though I'm not sure if that's a regional operational difference. The braised sauce for the rice noodles and blanched vegetables was incredibly fragrant. While the food selection wasn't extensive, everything was exquisitely prepared; there wasn't a single dish that disappointed. It really felt like they put a lot of effort into making breakfast, rather than just going through the motions. I'm curious about the generation of their pillows and mattresses, as I ended up with a stiff neck after sleeping on them. I use Atour at home too and never have issues. **Facilities:** The facilities are comprehensive. This new Atour Light Hotel style is distinct and actually a bit better than the older Atour hotels. **Hygiene:** Being a new hotel, there were no strange odors, and the cleanliness was exceptional. Since I was traveling with my child, I'm quite particular about hygiene, and I found it meticulous down to every corner. **Environment:** The hotel's surroundings are fantastic. It's very close to Shuangqiao Night Market, and there are several excellent restaurants right downstairs. **Service:** The service was great. The laundry room was very efficient; my clothes were delivered back just minutes after they were ready.
