Nice beach, good location in proximity to all restaurants and walking street. However, breakfast as quite poor, we was charged for second breakfast even though 2 breakfast were included in room when booked. Lady barmen is really really rude and unreasonable..prices charged really randomly… The pool is good, however swimming towels only can be changed once a day…

It was pleasant stay with very convenient location, beautiful view and so on. The hotel was a bit old but yet very good service and nice 👌🏻✨

It's a perfect spot if you want to enjoy the island. Quiet and clean. The staffs were very considerate and welcoming. We will book the same resort again when we go back to lipe.

a lot of mosqito..there don't have any mosqito spray, only can get anti mosqito lotion. room no telephone, if need help, need to walk to the receiption to ask for it. my sister was stay in this standard room, her commend that the blanket is very hard, air cond not cold enough. ask for pillow when day 1 checked in, but until check out, the pillow never bring to her. need to take some walk just can arrive the walking street. pool nice, beach strong wind.quite place.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our room was very high up and we liked the adventure to walk up to „level 3“. We had a nice view overlooking the pool. The pool was very clean and big. The breakfast was good also with local dishes. We did one snorkelling trip and one fishing trip. The ladies at reception were very helpful. The only thing that disturbed us after a while - are the loud little boats but we also used them so we can’t complain. :-) we will come again

Good stay

The experience of staying in this hotel is really unprecedentedly bad. The hotel buildings are all made of wood. Due to its age, the sound insulation of the standard balcony room is actually very poor, which is extremely poor. The house we stayed in has two floors. We lived on the first floor and a group of white pigs lived on the second floor. We could easily hear the conversations upstairs, whether they were talking loudly or whispering, and the footsteps were very clear. The wood creaked and felt like it was happening in our own room. In the middle of the night, the white pigs had a Christmas party, all kinds of laughter, talking, footsteps, and children jumping, things knocked over and fell, and my heart was pounding. Don't even think about falling asleep. It was quiet until 4:30 in the morning. Before going to bed, they poured us a bunch of unknown liquids. At that time, we went up to knock on the door to argue but were turned away. We also found the front desk staff on duty in the middle of the night to communicate with each other but to no avail. At more than 8 o'clock in the morning, the alarm clock upstairs could be heard clearly. The next day, we found the general manager of the front desk to argue and asked for corresponding compensation. As a result, we were only upgraded from the standard room we checked in on the second day (due to the shortage of rooms during the peak season, we had different room types for two days, and in fact, the next door was empty on the second night) to a standard room with a balcony, that's all, and we were told that we could freely post our experiences that night on major platforms without any comment. In the bathroom after the room change, the toilet seat was broken, it was simply stuck in the groove, which exercised our squatting strength. The experience was really terrible, and it really made me angry. 😡

1️⃣The hotel is on Sunrise Beach, and you can walk to the pedestrian street in about ten minutes. 2️⃣The room is large, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning is good, and there is a balcony. 3️⃣The bathroom is large but the shower water pressure is very low, and the water heater sometimes does not work. I stayed in room 318, maybe because the pressure is low on the third floor. 4️⃣The hotel restaurant faces the sea, the breakfast is rich, and some dishes will be changed. They are all delicious except pineapple. 5️⃣The Wi-Fi signal is relatively smooth. The hotel swimming pool is also great.

Excellent property located on the coolest beach on the island. Beautiful bungalow all in wood, spacious and furnished with antique wooden furniture. Huge well-kept bathroom. Perfect technological equipment TV, wi-fi, air conditioning and large safe. Recommended!
