5/5PerfectHad one of the best experience while travelling in China. The service is great, boss over there welcomes you with a welcoming special tea from local area. The staff guides pretty well with the route for Tianmen Shan. This was my 2nd day and boss was so kind to also invite us for a dinner at a local cuisine restaurant. Thanks to the hotel and the owner. Would definitely come here again and highly recommend to others :)

4.7/5OutstandingI really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The host is welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was very relaxed and chilled. Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed in it. We slept well, the air con is good and the beds very comfortable. The hotel is on the 17th floor (17a) but can still be a little loud with noise from the road. It’s not a massive deal at all though and didn’t disturb our sleep. I would stay here again happily and recommend it.

5/5PerfectThere is a parking space shared with residents on the 18th floor of a building in Zhangjiajie Oriental Plaza Community. If you are traveling by car, please contact the front desk in advance to help find a parking space. The room was quiet and hygienic. We had brewed berry tea when we checked in and a can of berry tea as a gift when we left. There are free snacks in the room, and the bedding is clean and smell-free. The front desk can help buy tickets for scenic spots, but there are no reservations for the next day. I bought the tickets for Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area on Ctrip. Fruits bought outside can be placed in the refrigerator at the front desk. The front desk and waiters were very enthusiastic and planned the best route to visit the scenic spot.

Very friendly and helpful staff, room is clean and spacious. It’s in a shared building, the communal lift is extremely filthy. Located in a very busy junction, windows are not sound proof, constant traffic noise.
