Hygiene: The room was clean and tidy. Environment: There are restaurants downstairs, and it's easy to find when calling a taxi. Service: The owner is very welcoming. Facilities: The room facilities are relatively new and very comfortable to stay in.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the service was excellent. We extended our stay for another night. The rooms are beautiful and cozy, and the service was very warm and welcoming. They even gave us a small gift when we left. Free parking was a big plus, making travel hassle-free. Thumbs up! 👍

I stayed at this B&B a few years ago, and I happened to be in Zhangjiajie for business this time, so staying here was convenient. It's still as warm and familiar as before. The room is spacious and bright, and the hygiene is clean and refreshing. The service is warm and attentive. I would recommend this B&B, Meiyi Light Luxury B&B, to friends visiting Zhangjiajie. The guesthouse offers a private, free parking lot with ample spaces and surveillance, so self-driving guests don't have to worry about parking – a genuine solution to the common parking difficulties around scenic spots. The front desk staff provided professional and thoughtful service. Check-in was efficient and quick, and they proactively offered detailed tour route suggestions and weather alerts. Their constant smiling service truly showed a personal touch. Upon check-out, we received a beautifully packaged gift box of Zhangjiajie's specialty berry tea. This unique local souvenir not only demonstrated the guesthouse's attentiveness to guests but also added a warm memory to our trip. Overall, the stay exceeded our expectations. The clean and comfortable room facilities perfectly complemented the personalized service. From the convenient location and reliable parking to the meticulous hospitality, everything showcased the guesthouse's mature and professional operational standards.
