The location is ok, the room the hygiene is nice. The man at reception tried in every way to help arrange transportation which helped my journey more convenient. 👍🏻

The room was clean, and even though I was alone, they prepared a twin room for me. Maybe it's a little far from the bus terminal? There was a convenience store in front of the hotel, which was convenient.

The single bed in the room was a little larger than usual and very comfortable. I also liked the lemon water and tea service at the front desk.

I went into the large public bath! It was surprisingly spacious and I was able to relax in the tub. They also provided complimentary drinks and ice cream, and many people were using it! I used it for business, but would like to book again if I have the opportunity.

I am grateful that the front desk took care of me despite this inconvenience. It's a little far from the terminal, but there's a convenience store right in front of it, so you won't have any trouble going out to eat. I was very grateful for the shuttle service to the airport (reservation required). I also like that they are working on SDGS.

This was my first stay after going to Ishigaki Island for diving. It was a really comfortable stay with a free shuttle bus from the airport, a large public bath, a place to wash and dry diving equipment, and everything nearby for dinner. I will definitely stay here again next time.

It's a little far from the remote island terminal, the bus center, and the downtown area, but it's not too far to walk. It's a good distance away, so it's quiet and relaxing. It's also convenient that there's a convenience store right in front of it. There is a large public bath, and you can choose your shampoo and other items, and they also provide a welcome drink. I think it's good value for money.

Without trip.com's mediation and contact, there were things I didn't understand, and when I checked out, the hotel didn't mention anything about the solution, so I didn't know the result. It's just The hotel has no problem with the room or service, but I felt a big doubt about the hotel's response.

I liked that the breakfast was very rich. The variety and taste of the menu was great. There is also a welcome drink, which is very helpful for travelers. I would definitely like to use this hotel again next time.

It's easy to get to the city center, has a large public bath (artificial hot spring), and is a great place to stay at a reasonable price. Also, since we didn't rent a car, we were very grateful that they picked us up from the airport for free!
