Aside from the initial check-in where I asked the front desk about the underground parking and the lady impatiently rattled off directions in about 5 seconds, then told me to just use my own navigation, every other front desk staff member I encountered was great. I just hope that next time, when I request no room cleaning, they could provide an extra two bottles of water.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The king-size room was spacious and comfortable, and the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, catering to all tastes. The hotel's location is superb, right by all the major attractions, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and saving a lot of travel time. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, handling check-in quickly and efficiently. They were also very patient and friendly when answering my questions. The overall environment was clean and tidy, and the facilities were comprehensive. It offers great value for money and is perfect for both vacations and short stays. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely choose to stay here again.

Thought it was very close But it still takes 20 minutes to walk Dragging suitcases is tiring I saw there is a station pick-up Unexpectedly, it was said at 11:30 that the master was off work. I blame me for not paying attention It’s difficult to hail a taxi in Guilin at night I waited for a long time and no one took my order. The room is small but the price is right But the overall facilities are still very good The front desk service is also very good As an option for short stays at night It is cost-effective to choose it

This is my first time traveling to Guilin. The decoration style of Yishang Hotel is very unique and I like the tonal colors. The bathroom has separate wet and dry bathrooms. There is also a treasure box, children's slippers and toothbrushes at the front desk, which is so considerate. The service staff are very friendly and highly qualified, the breakfast is rich, and the room is very clean. We rented a car when we arrived in Guilin. We didn’t know where to park it, so we called the front desk and asked. The front desk could tell us where to park it. Everything felt delicate and warm. It is the most suitable and satisfactory hotel I have ever chosen. Next This is definitely my first choice when I come to Guilin. It’s so comfortable.
