Echarm Properties in Guilin

Aside from the initial check-in where I asked the front desk about the underground parking and the lady impatiently rattled off directions in about 5 seconds, then told me to just use my own navigation, every other front desk staff member I encountered was great. I just hope that next time, when I request no room cleaning, they could provide an extra two bottles of water.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. They were 100% responsive to all requests. The local food recommended by the front desk was delicious, and their service was warm and welcoming. The Guilin rice noodles for breakfast were also very tasty. The hotel offered complimentary laundry service, which was very convenient. The surrounding scenery is also beautiful. Highly recommended!
