5/5PerfectWas great not all staff spoke English but that's understandable and all part of the fun of traveling. However the ones that did speak English went out of there way to look after me and my elderly mother especially. Making sure she was comfortable so I was able to relax aswell. Highly recommend.

4.7/5OutstandingThe Hotel is very nice located at the Li River. The room with river view was a dream - and big, clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast was with plenty of choices and tasteful. The service was always quick and friendly. Especially Fluffy Lu (Guest Support at the Lobby) helps with all issues/ topics, she can take care of any question, support in/ around Guilin.

Haven't found the right property yet?
It was great time to stay at Shangrila in Guilin. All workers are very nice and kind. One of the worker even helped my son blow his nose! The hotel is just beside the river so it’s nice to take a walk. By using share bike, it takes 15 min to get the city side. I think it’s convenient enough and ridding share bike during trip is also good experience. Our highlight is the last night with Peach & Aries at the bar in Shangrila. Their music was awesome and they also let my wife sing with them. Playing some Japanese songs means a lot to me.
